Yeah there has been far too much emphasis on cuts lately. To be honest all this talk on formaldehyde and ether I find quite revulsive. These chemicals really are quite hazardous. If anyone has some strong dope that they need to cut down for safety reasons please use a simple nontoxic white powder. Other 'agents can be used to maintain a pharmaceutical odour but some of the stuff that has been getting posted is starting to look downright irresponsible.
^^^What the hell is this (the expert is at it again)? We are talking about "wet" pcp here, and with wet you cannot use "use a simple nontoxic white powder". It is fact that wet is diluted in ether, form, and whatever is handy. Some people (dealers) think formaldehyde makes its "stronger", and its found in alot of samples. PCP should be left alone and sold as made, but it is often diluted.

Ether is relatively benign if it is lab grade, not the shit from starter fluid that contains the carcinogen benzene. But otherwise, ether, aside flammability issues, is a good solvent or something to dilute the freebase PCP (people are going to dilute it, as money is involved), as say if you dip it in a cigarette, the ether will mostly evaporate if you give it some time before you light up (definately better than PCP diluted in form). The formeldahyde "cut" definately poses a greater problem, but people still think it makes the PCP stronger. But the sweet smell that you may notice from wet is definately ether, as ether is very sweet smelling...
I really didnt know angel dust was so scarce (from what ive heard here), as its the most common form of PCP that i have had experience with. I prefer it over the wet, out of fear of formeldahyde, benzene contaminated ether, and it doesnt feel as dirty to me (not that i would turn down wet, unless i smelled formeldahyde). The dust is quite potent and you can tell if its cut, as the crystals are very distinguishable from potential cuts (especially under a microscope). Strangely, the dust isnt THAT much more expensive than the wet (at least in my area), but it is more expensive nevertheless. I thought dust was prevelant on the east coast, but from what i hear its not. I know it takes an extra step to make it, but so does heroin #4.
Almost all PCP [and analouges] in the U.S.A. is manufactured on the WestCoast in L.A. County.A unique aspect of its manufacture is that almost all "labs" are ran by American blacks as opposed to almost all other labs which are ran by whites [although Mexicans are moving in on meth.].
Perhaps this is why i can find dust more easily that others. It is definately an african-american dominated market, as when you drive into certain parts of compton and watts (places police dont even dare to go), you can smell them cooking the PCP. And in regards to mexicans and meth labs, they arent moving in on meth, they HAVE moved in on meth and subsequently the price has dropped and crystal meth has become very prevelant in southern california. But some PCP cooks do go the extra step to make dust, as it is definately not difficult to obtain (though more difficult than wet).....
