Fuck I sold my 7800 xt while manic about 5-6 weeks ago. Im buying prolly 7700xt in 4 weeks (6750xt is too long for my case srsly) and after that 5600x (?)

Might even settle for 6700xt cause even my rx6600 is doing pretty good in 1440p

FUCK YES, mah daddy wanted to help me and we bought 7700xt, still owe him some for it. Im going for ryzen 5600 + 650w psu afterwards. Btw playing in 1440p.

I'm actually mostly using my PS5 atm but Final Fantasy 14 Online, which is also installed on my PC so I think it still counts.

PC needs upgrading. Ryzen 2600 with an RX580. It's done some pretty good mileage but it's showing its age now.

5600X is great value, got it on sale when I built my main system and combo sale with mobo when I got it again for AI system.

If there's still inventory left by Black Friday, that's going to be probably the lowest price you'll see on 5600X + AM4 combo

Däm, as I get 7700xt soon Im gonna upgrade my whole system to AM5 for futureproofing purposes. When I change gpu, I wont need to change the platform too then

@thujone I was already gonna be buying basically every part of my am4 system again but better (also my 10yo lil bro is getting my old pc) so instead of buying new am4 pieces Im obviously gonna get new am5 pieces.

Tomorrow Flight Sim 2024 will be released and Flight Sim 2020 will become the backup Sim of choice.

AM5 build dun fucked up so just upgrading ram to 32gb, better am4 mobo, more m2 ssd, 5700x3d with a good cooler + bigger psu. My friend is buying my old mobo + ram + cpu + psu

yea a it's good build, i have 5700X3D now and didn't have to upgrade cooler from 5600X, Hyper 212 is still enough to cool it
