Do you guys take any supplents, amino acids or herbs to aid in recovery...
I have recently gotten into this trend after much reading, Reddit and loungecity time..
I currently take..
d,l phenylalanine- The L isomer is the amino acid used in the L-dopa to dopamine and norepinephrine I chain, while the D isomer is an enkaphalinase inhibitor, which stops the breakdown of of the bodies natural endorphins.
Kava 6 kavalactone extract- for relaxation..Gaba activity throu calcium ion channels.
CBD- for back pain, brain inflamation from drug use, stress and insomnia
Gaba- said not to cross BBB but t I notice effect could be peripheral modulation and also lowers cortisol
Happy camper stress breakers- lots of Gaba compounds, l theanine, valarian root, passion flower, lemon balm, l tryptophan for serotonin and even lithium
