paliperidone and schizophrenia

Lol I love your delusions...

I'm Bi-polar, borderline personality disorder plus a whole bunch of other shit.

What atypical anti psychotics have you tried? Seroquel(quitepine) Zyprexa(olanzapine)? These are very often prescribed and can be purchased cheaply.

Mood stabilisers may also be an option such as lithium or epillem (sodium valproate)

Benzodiazepines I'd steer clear from daily xanax use. I was up to 6mg a day and addicted as hell getting no real positive effects from it anymore, and ended up on a huge concoction of benzo's which has completely ruined my tolerance unless I get something like flunitrazepam or triazolam.

If you are still getting episodes of psychosis, you should discuss this with your doctors and figure out if the antipsychotic is not enough to keep you well. As Tripman said, a daily benzo habit can get out of hand and problematic easily.

I've been on 1000mg of seroquel while I hate it, in larger doses it does quash most delusions or mania.

Watch out if you ever end up in the psych ward and don't agree to ECT.. They tried to pull that shit on me that electro-convulsive therapy was the only way. Bastards. Luckily I was with it enough to tell them to shock their own brain and let me know how it goes for them first.

Sounds like you are addicted to tramadol of all the shitty drugs so I wouldn't say much about not getting addicted to benzo's.

You sound like you are looked at as a drug seeking patient if you go in and beg for benzo's and tramadol...

All of my psychotic episodes have been related to alcohol use... remember the little warning labels on all of your meds which say don't drink on these? And also the fact that in your condition you shouldn't drink.

sodium valproate combine with an anti depressant something more like lexapro or duloxetine(which has pain killing effects) and an atypical anti psychotic would be your best bet IMO.
