Opioids Oxycodone mix ? Advice please

Oxycodone seems to produce a withdrawal syndrome out of all proportion to it's analgesic activity. I've got a lot of 30s lying about, but it's too easy for one snort and one's tolerance and dependence seeming to increase so that you will feel mildly ill for a week even if you then go back to taking them as prescribed.

I think it's because OC increases extracellular monoamines.

Even in the 1920s-1930s there are reports of people using OC recreationally. One quote stated that they could get morphine but OC was more pleasurable.

If plain morphine worked for me, I would be glad to get off the OCs. It's like having an anchor around one's neck.

Thanks for the info buddy. So I crushed 30mg and put into some cherry cola zero sugar, this is suitable right? I just now leave it sitting for 12 hours ? Don't want to mess it up, then when I consume after the 12 hours it basically will have turned it to IR oxy ?

I kinda like snorting them as it does seem to work real fast compared to simply dropping them, especially being prolonged release.

And thanks buddy I just know with serious, easily addictive meds it's dangerous and risky to become addicted especially getting a real liking for them and when not scripted them can have such an impact on your life as you become said drug seeker. Honestly going off previous self experience.
Yeah, that should work fine. You basically just need something acidic, so any carbonated drink will do, it doesn't have to be classic coke. You can even use lemon juice, but that'd be horrible. Enjoy!

Allow me to introduce you to methadone.

I have an organ based chronic pain that cycles on and off. Sometimes I’ll be at a 7 for weeks or months and then sometimes at 1 for months.

When I used to be on hydrocodone and oxy I could very easily taper down and get clean while out of pain.

Now with the opioid crackdown in America pain doctors won’t prescribe anything except methadone anymore (if you’re extremely lucky and good at talking to them). Most ppl get nothing except tramadol.

I can get down to 2 mg per day of methadone very easily but I have not have many successes as kicking it during my low pain cycles.

If I was prescribed a normal opiate like oxy I could spend much less time dependent and resetting tolerance. I’ve explained this all to my doctor and he beleieve me but he has the authorities so far up his ass that he says he can’t switch me to oxy. He supports me going to another doctor if they are willing to do it but I’ve been told by a pain specialist that in my dual big city area of 3.5 million people there are only 6 clinics left that prescribe schedule 2 opioids…and the only accept patients for which they can conduct high billing interventional procedures like spine injections and force you to go through them in exchange for the drugs.

My conditions interventional procedure cannot be performed by a pain specialist so they can’t make any money off me this don’t accept me as a patient

I keep hearing of pain patients in the US being limited to methadone and tramadol. Even crazier, the methadone is being given once daily which is inappropriate.

It's worth looking at non-opioid analgesics as their are some quite potent ones.

The US rocks from one extreme to the other. Massively overprescribing opioids and then essentially banning their use entirely.

One thing I will say about oxy, they are a medium par in terms of addiction, and power.
Tapering my dose, down to 40 mg. However never try to take them. I know I will have times I need to for pain, but use them very sparenly.
Had a worse addiction come up, and now know these are bad but there's alot worse.
Try and stay away from opoids if you can. I can't say I will 100% never take one in my life, but unfortunately they will always be there.
Never got high off of them like my other addiction, but you can tell when you chew 40mg.
More chatty, energy, confidence, and so please watch out.

Yep - you have to strictly adhere to the intended ROA and dose-schedule. I've said before that oxycodone is addictive out of all proportion to it's analgesic activity.

You chew up one and four hours later you need another, It appears that a LOT of US patients got into a pattern of abuse where they would consume a 28 day supply in just a few days, manage for the rest of the month and repeat.

But all the time, it's addiction rather than physical dependence that is developing.

I guess I'm 'lucky' because oxycodone just produces anxiety so I'm not about to take more than required!

I'm surprised when you say they give you anxiety. For me it's totally the opposite, at least at really, really small doses, like less than you would take for pain.
