Orbital recommendations?

i attended their 8th last show ever at london's brixton academy and was pretty disappointed. they seemed to phone in the performance.

i need to listen to that peel session...

That Maida Vale session is awesome - only downside is the crowd chanting "BADGERS!" over and over again right the way through...

the mixmag 'bedroom sessions' mix CD they did is really cool - offers you an insight into their inspirations, their musical reference points.

Bedroom sessions is good. I forgot about that one. The Back to Mine cd was a disappointment though.

After listening to In Sides after about a year break, I think I have to position it as one of the most musically and technically perfect (artistic, production, and execution) electronic albums of all time. It's in my top three with Aphex Twin - RDJ album and FSOL - Lifeforms..

wow! you need to download some more electronic music....

Haha. Well, I -was- a bit drunk when I made that post. I couldn't even begin to make a list of my top albums there's so many. I have plenty of electronic music BOUGHT and downloaded.... I'm mostly into ambient and drift/space stuff though.

>>have you heard the advance of the new vs album? It's genius!>>
