Cheese on toast!!!...
That always kicks it up a notch for me...
Nice thick slices of Cheddar Cheese melted to a point that the oils flow freely gives me a boost even in mid dose.
It don't help with the constipation tho' as cheese is a bit of a bowel binder.
I'm on 2 to 3 x's 30mg Oxycodone 4 times a day, I found that to get a bit of a boost to the buzz, I take the meds in intervals, 1 pill, followed an hour later by another then top up with halves every half hour...
I was in the middle of my dosage build up Sunday afternoon, had the wife make me 3 slices of cheese on toast & started nodding quite nicely.

Back to constipation:
A couple of forums / places on the net (a search with our friend Google will help you find them) have 'Fruit Spread' recipes..
I mix up a batch every weekend, one to two teaspoons daily & your better than good to go.
The first few days / times you use these fruit spreads (& I suggest just eating it off the spoon) you better not plan on going anywhere to far away from a bathroom.
I'm not kidding, having tried many methods without sucsess, I started on the fruit spreads, made the mistake on taking a 130 mile car trip...
Wasn't the smartest move I have ever made in my life...
Anyways, look up all the 'fruit spread' natural laxative recipes, note down all the ingridients from each, then create your own version by combining items that you can stomach... (I can't deal with prunes, soI leave them out & substitute with another from another recipe)
I have also found that using Sacherin as a sweetner in the paste / spread gives it a little more 'ooomph'.
The most common misconception with opoid constipation is that any OTC laxative / stool softner will do...
When you understand how opiates make you constipated, you will understand why OTCs (99% of the) are of no use at all.
The key to dealing with this is to attempt to keep a regular 'movement' regieme, if you go off of the 'regular', then make up for it by having a tad more of the paste / spread.
Otherwise you might end up having to have a 'manual' performed on you (or doing it yourself) which is rather unpleasant & the doctor or nurse usually refuse to kiss n' cuddle afterwards. :-(
Once you become regular, you might want to concider using Acidopholis on a regular basis, it replaces the natural bacterias (fauna) in your system & aids the whol process...
You cannot rely on acidopholis alone and it's a waste if you havn't started to become 'regular'.
One last thing / tip:
When you buy acidopholis from any healthfood store, make sure it comes from a fridge & store it at home in a fridge...
Non-refridgerated acidopholis is a total waste of time.
Hope these words have helped.
