Opioid withdrawl shopping list

#1 Benzo the 7OH anxiety is crazy I think mgm might be worse
And/or Lyrica
#2 Hydroxyzine works for sleep and anxiety but it can make the RLS a tad worse
#3 Paracetamol + Ibuprofen combo that personally gives me a lot of relief
#4 Norgesic can work is a muscle relaxer orphenadrine + paracetamol
#5 propanolol or clonidine can lower the heart rate and the feeling of adrenaline and you’ll stop hearing your heartbeat in your ears

Food if you can eat you’ll feel better but eat healthy food.
Hot bath makes me a tad more relaxed.

Also if you have kratom use it why not ? But the adregenic effects can make the adrenaline and anxiety a bit worse.

Cannabis and alcohol always made me worse except one time that the edible hit the spot and made my mind not to care about anxiety etc.

I second the beta blocker thing.
I can get very small amounts of Bisoprolol sometimes and find it offers some relief from tachycardia and hypertension. It's always sustained-release (comes in 1.25mg, 2.5mg, 5mg and 10mg tablets) and I usually chew up a pill (5mg) to break that. Last time my b/p was 124/130 and my heart rate was 121bpm and it brought it down to 108/100 and 88bpm...both still high for me, but much more comfortable than before. I couldn't like FEEL my heat beat anymore...you know when it's really fast (over like 100-110ish) and you can feel it like you COULD take your heart rate without touching a pulse.

Okay, so for this time w/d I have the following and would like advise on what/which is worth taking and how much?

Loperamide
Bisoprolol
Acetaminophen
Naproxen (Aleve)
Ibuprofen
Magnesium Glycinate
L-Theanine
Caffeine
Ashwaghanda
Passionflower Extract
Gabapentin (Neurontin)
Sodium Ascorbate (Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin C)
Cyclizine (Marezine)
Buscopan (Hyosine Butylbromide)

I just got over a heavy iv fentanyl habit. Clonidine helps and magnesium glycanate helps relax muscles. Stay hydrated and eat protein and fruits if you can
In all honesty you will feel like death for a few days to a week but it gets better

Im over it my man ans the sr did jack but prolong things imo even for just 7oh wds. I dont think its the miracle substance the redditards claim it to be, couldve just fucking tapered with immodium and its a lot cheaper and easier to dose. The sr felt very similar to a moderate dose of immodium, weird dreamy head space, dry ass mouth and body and headache all symptoms I get from higher dose.immodium
I have used SR-17018 twice myself with incredible success. Once coming off of ~200 mg oxycodone per day and once ~500mg 7-oh per day.

I'm someone who has an extremely difficult time with acute withdrawals. When I tried to quit the oxy 6 months prior to using SR-17, I gave up after going without a minute of sleep for over 7 days and extremely brutal and painful RLS nearly 24/7. Even when I use other stuff to help with the sleep/RLS/other physical symptoms, the anxious depr ssed hopelessness mindfuckery always gets me...

Used SR-17018 to detox and the worst of my withdrawal symptoms was feeling fatigued for 2 days and not being able to sleep as deeply for a bit. Would wake up at night once or twice for a couple weeks. Probably could have fixed that with something but it didn't bother me enough to worry about it.

It was genuinely life changing for me as before SR-17018, the only times I was able to stop using was when I was on Suboxone which I hated and it always made me depressed.

Basically SR17 let me actually be fully sober and feel great for the first time in over a decade.

If it genuinely did nothing for you, either the SR17 was bunk, or your method of use was not good. You can't just switch from a high dose of an opiate > SR17. If your tolerance is super low or if you are only taking Suboxone then you'd probably be fine switching over on day 1, it does work extremely well for Suboxone.

Otherwise, start taking SR-17018 and then begin dropping your total daily dosage of other opiates by 15-25% per day. After 4-6 days you are down to zero and only taking SR-17018. Those first 2 days only on SR-17 I feel fairly fatigued but it isn't unmanageable, still able to go to work etc. no problem.

Like I said, I've got clean with it twice with basically zero acute withdrawals, but also my girl was finally able to quit methadone using SR-17. She was on 100 mg per day. Since then I have countless friends/family who have used SR-17 to detox easily.

Anyway my bad I'm just rambling at this point, but, my point is-

1,000% I believe SR-17018 is every bit the miracle substance people claim it to be. Not just from my own personal experience but from watching many others detox off of a variety of opiates while barely feeling a thing or without having to take any time away from personal or professional live. I know I'm glazing but shit it really does have insane potential to help a lot of people massively.

Kindling is real, right?
Not that many months ago, I could get through 5 or so days withdrawal fairly easy, but it feels increasingly hellish?
Only 37 hours into it atm..woke up three hours ago with EXPLOSIVE vomiting...like, a scary volume, too? I never would have thought my stomach could hold that much. I did stupidly really overeat yesterday [4am here now[ with it being Halloween, but it was like (I promise I'm being realistic here, not hyperbolic) at least like 6 liters of liquid.

Blech....feel asleep again, but woke up hal an hour ag shivery and so anxious I'm taking fistfulls of Gabapentin.
