Opioid users, which is your favorite and why?

I recommend giving it a try. Different high, but it is definitely closer to heroin than oxy IMO. More sedated high, and stronger as well. Makes me nod like a motherfucker. If you're strictly a heroin user and you're hoping it will be the same then I guess it's not, but I think the stuff's pretty damn good. Now I'm just worried about what BA mentioned. I wonder how the kick will be. I've been careful not to get back into the habit for a while now but I like these new pills so much that I have a feeling that's where I'm headed.
Also I know you smoke tar, so I can't compare that either. I have no clue what these are like smoked (or any ope for that matter). I was actually gonna vape one off foil last saturday because my friend really wanted me to try it she loves to do that but I just didn't want to end up wasting it.
 
^Yeah tar is ass but since its the main thing around i would have to say brown powder is my fave and morphine sulfate is the worst feel like ripping my face off.
 
^Yeah the MS makes me itch like a mofo even with Benadryl when I first started doing them all I had done was some OC and D's after doing H I cant go back to it. Its just not the high Im looking for.
 
Not that experienced with opiates, but when I moved from the midwest where all that could be found was hydro 10's.....when i got here to FL, roxis felt pretty damn good!!
 
Haven't had a huge amount of experience with opiates - just oxy, hydro, and a bit of heroin. Hydro's generally a waste of time - only ever bothered with it there was nothing else around. Now oxy, there's a beautiful thing....I did a shit ton of it for quite a while a few years back, but only cause someone was cutting me a fantastic deal, but it's just too damn expensive otherwise. I've snorted H a couple of times largely cause I couldn't get oxy anymore, and was surprised that I actually liked it a lot more. It's a different sort of high, but I prefer it. Granted, I've been trying to avoid it cause I had some rough times with oxy, but I somehow doubt that'll last very long X)
 
Not too picky and I prefer something that's going to give me a bit of get-up-and-go instead of knock me out. I want to enjoy the warm fuzzies, not sleep through them. I'd have to say the least favourite I've tried though was fentynl, I just wanted to sleep on it.

Me too....Morphine is awesome, at least to me. Oxy is great for pain but I cant catch any sleep on it. I like any sedating high. Ive been tempted to try heroin but I dont want to have my tolerance sky rocket & I never wanna use needles for drug use.

My favorite as of right now is Morphine & I do know the prodrug thing between heroin & morphine. Still people say you get a better rush on heroin.....goodness sakes I wanna try it but my will power & logic for now keeps me away.

Is morphine really an opioid though? I know i'm splitting hairs but i thought morphine was an opiate.
For me it'd have to be oxycodone, has a great rush, long legs and a good nod. What more could you ask, and the oral and nasal BA of it makes it much more efficient and worthwhile for people who would never use the needle (me)

Yeah but I liked the Morphine IV. I couldnt imagine doing it any other way.

I have a cousin that doesnt touch any drugs. One night he had to go to the hospital because of his back, it just started hurting while he was laying there a sleep. Anyway, his wife drove him to the ER & they put him in a room & took xrays & then shot him up with Morphine.

He told me the next day that he could have died right there & then, thats how much he enjoyed the Morphine high from the IV. He really liked it & raved about it for a while.

I for one wont touch needles unless they shot me up at the hospital like they did for an out patient procedure one time. They shot me up with Levorphanol, damn that stuff was amazing/awesome & I enjoyed it for over 8 hours. I mean, I understand why people choose to get high by the needle but I would hate pricking myself with a sharp needle several times a day, also, I definitely dont want my tolerance to sky rocket.
 
Kratom is my "opioid" of choice as far as regular usage goes, simply because I find it to be so mildly addicting that it's very easy to maintain. While I've had my variety including IV hydromorphone on a couple hospital visits, been prescribed percocet and vicodin several times, had my fun with OxyContin, etc., I've never had habitual use of any other opiate besides pods. I most certainly have a tolerance judging from the 20mg of oxy that I got negligible effects from the other day, however kratom still gets me off proper. A 10g dose with some OJ, downed in one shot, gets me feeling euphoric and 101% anxiety free within ~20 minutes, and sometimes almost too high within the hour depending on stomach contents and batch potency. Usually after dosing on kratom, no matter what time of the day, I feel happy and euphoric for the rest of the day. Re-dosing isn't normal practice with me and I don't feel like it does much anyway. I try to limit myself to not using more than every other day, but even that is a habit I'd like to reduce.

Having said that, if I can get my hands on poppy pods, that is by far my favorite opiate simply because of the ultra low cost per dosage and the inhumanly long time it lasts. Back when I was using pods about 1-2 times a week, a good ~17g dose of pod tea would keep me highly euphoric for at least half a day, and glowing big time for the rest of it, usually well into the next day. My eyes would remain pinned for almost 48 hours. For less than the comparable average cost of two 5mg percocets, I could either keep myself QUITE high all weekend, or share with a friend and get blitzed together all day. GOD I miss that stuff... :(
 
IV? Demerol + orphenadrine or morphine. Never tried heroin.

Snorted? Hydromorphone, followed closely by buprenorphine and oxycodone.

Oral? Oxycodone by far. I really do like hydrocodone though. It's my "throw back" opiate.

Hey, man I wasnt trying to turn you to the darkside. I would suggest you stay away from needles.
