i want to be clear,,, and yes everyones is different, most any medication had a paradoxical affect on me...

but do not from fent??
its not an issue really, but i keep reading people complain about impotence and methadone....
uhm...
to not suffer as much, wake up in w/d everyday, or at any point...
would be amazing, there isnt more i could ask for.
but i get the feeling, once im not in damn pain all the time, that part of my brain might click back on...
and then id be in trouble...!

In my limited experience (only been using for about 3 months) I've used hydrocodone, oxycodone, and oxymorphone with my favorite being oxycodone because of the speedy-effects it gives as well as a strong, euphoric opiate blanket.

I may like oxymorphone a bit more if i should ever develop a higher tolerance, but when I blew down 10mg a few weeks ago it was almost too intense. The ridiculous amount of itching and vomiting was a huge turn-off as opposed to oxycodone, which I can blow down 30-45 mg all day and never puked once.
 
I gotta say roxies are my DOC, however any oxycodone is cool w/ me ha. I miss the OG OC's very much.
Snort if im in a hurry, IV if im doing more than a couple.
as for the OP's I chew em up hoping for a faster release :/
 
I haven't done it in months and months but even now the thought of IV H makes my pants wet basicaly. It is completely and totally my favourite feeling in the world. (apart from acid in the 1000ucg range. But last time I banged up I made sure it was spectacular as it was my last time so I banged up 500mg of decent white rock H with some diphenhydramine and then took 4mg xanax sublingually... needless to say it was an amazing amazing nod.
 
I know this is kinda off target, but maybe it's relevant? I'm one of those lucky few who have the most awesome doc in the world. Besides H, my fav is OG OC 160mg plus 90mg of oxycodone per day and this is what I have been RX for many years. Well since the whole OP fiasco I'm going with the 40mg er opana and 4 10mg opana ir, but I could go with dillis but what would I use for long acting? Anyway sorry for hijacking the thread. What do you folks like better? Hydromorphone or Oxymorphone? Hope I don't piss anybody off for this, I just thought this would be the best thred to ask...
 
IV H if you can get it and now i cant get it
oxys or roxys ...the 30's I believe
and the standard..hydrocodone,T-3's ..blah blah
but way down on my list is methadone
 
Demerol; it's a shame my tolerance doesn't permit abuse like it used too.

It had everything the percocets didn't back when 30mg oxy had me goin...

Hey Knarf~ Do you get oral or IV? And if u get IV, how does that work-- do you get pre-filled syringes or empty syringes and bottles/vials of the meperidine? I don't know if you were trying to source there, so if you were, don't try it again.
 
Roxi 30's, IV'd (or snorted when no needle available). Mmmm, most amazing of feelings. Though, i have never had the chance to try Heroin (idk, it just don't seem so common in FL..i'm sure it exsists here, but have never came across any) but i am completely up for it. [=
 
I started with oxycontin 40mg Purdue .I live in Brazil and here oxycontin is expensive and the maximum strength is 40mg) - I srnort a few lines and this was pure heaven... but as my tolerance gone sky rocket (like 1000mg oxy - thanks to high doses of morphine up to 2 gr swallow and one shoot of 350mg that I almost died, and of course Methadone, up to 400mg a day...

I have cronic pain, today taking 720mg morphine + 300mcg/h of Duragesic....

At this moment the best high whould be the fent, but after blackout with calculated 3000mcg I awake 1 hour later...

The best nod for me is a insane dose of methadone, no other opioids made me nod so hard for days(maybe 20 fent patvchs :) )

today i run out my suply because the drugstore i bought closed... since the last day i didn't take any fent or morphine... I had run out my suply many other times, but this is the wrost thing I remember.... too much pain, took 25mg of clonazepan for anxiety and did nothing, I counldnt stay 1 second still...fells like I was for a convulsion. I go for hospital for IV morphine and dolantine.... wich barely help.... How to lower my tolerance from here??? without stopping opioids and great decrease in doses

Holy cow you have a super high tolerance! Are you saying you took 20 fetanyl patches at one sitting?

1000mg of oxy, that could kill an elephant! (sarcastic) I dont see how you could lower your tolerance after taking all that stuff. Maybe if you stopped opiates completely for like 2 or 3 years, it could lower to half of what your are use to taking. Cant believe getting IV morphine & dolantine dont help but with a tolerance of your magnitude, maybe its that time to stop with the drugs & I know you dont wanna hear that but I dont know what else you could do.
