Methadone can be its own hell. I have been on the shit for ten years. It is very hard to get off of. I am so sick of having to go to the clinic every week for take homes.

Never tried Pregabalin but do believe it's really similar to Gabapentin. And yes, it most definitely helps with both. It's a wonder drug.

Pre-gabalin is much better than gabbapentin. Can actually sleep through full on H. withdrawals
