opiates - dick tubes messed up? help!

ok this is gonna be a weird one but here goes. a bit of background, I've been using roxicodones for the past 2 months or so. this morning I sat down to take my morning shit and of course my morning piss started happening as soon as my ass cheeks touched the seat. I wasn't paying attention to my piss but as it was finishing up, I looked down and the last squirt that came out looked clear instead of yellow like the new color of the bowl water. hanging from my dick hole was this string of goo like when you try and spit and mess up and it's dangling from your mouth. obviously I had to touch it, it was sticky like jizz. wonderful.

now I'm pretty sure I didn't have an orgasm there on the toilet, so my question is, can opiates make your jizz pipe and piss pipes mess up somehow so spunk comes out when you rock a piss off? because this has never happened before and was a very surreal experience. thank you for your advice

I don't know if opiates themselves can do that, but it could be residual ejaculate from your last sexual experience be it masturbating or sex itself.

With 15 years of opiate use of all sorts I can't say they ever made me bust a nut on the can.
 
Could you possibly be at risk for an STD, like the poster above suggested? If there is any chance, I would go get a full STD panel done if I were you...you can go to a local clinic. As far as worrying about if somehow your plumbing got switched up....highly unlikely. The color of one's urine will always vary with diet, fluid intake, etc...so that is nothing to worry about, as for the "goo"...again, rule out an STD 1st, and if all is well there, then you may need to be seen by a Urologist. My guess is that it is absolutely nothing of concern.
 
One thing to keep in mind is that if you are using opiates you probably aren't "cleaning the pipes" very often. I know that I would go weeks without even so much as thinking about masturbation when I was using poppy tea all the time.

I think that this could well be the result of too much buildup. It's not the opiates specifically that can cause something like this, it's the lifestyle change of no sex/masturbation that tends to go hand in hand with opiate abuse.

So I guess it really depends on the OP at this point. Were you using for a while now and not getting off for a while?
 
not sure if this helps...i would have the same issue whne i took a shit...and no ive never taken it in the pooper, but there it was look a lot like jiz. Ive cut way back on my hydro and dont c it no mo.

i know...but it wasnt. made me fucking wonder the 1st time I saw it like where the fuck did i go last night. but my ass is water tight. bb's are all that fit and yes ive tried.

That is very odd.

To the OP, I am almost 100% sure it was a wet dream. The same shit has happened to me. When you use opiates long enough, your libido becomes non-existant. Then when you take opiate breaks, wet dreams happen a lot more often.

not sure what part of this is odd? It's quite common for bb's to be tucked away in ones arse for latter goings on...at least in the 100 acre woods.:\
 
I can't cum on opiates, but I've had little bit of semen come out involuntary while on Adderall a few times. Piss too, high doses of addys make me piss my pants.
 
It most likely isn't ejaculate. Happens to some opioid users, especially long term. Sounds more like a nutrition, dehydration or motility/digestive system issue related to the typical opioid side effects of constipation.

Something I contemplated but didn't post due to the implications if I was wrong, however this is some confirmation:

know a similar question has been asked before, in my case I have noticed a milky, sticky substance coming out of my penis
after a bowel movement about once every week or so. I only notice this penis discharge after a bowel movement, never with just urination or other times.

I am fairly active sexually but always use a condom for vaginal intercourse. Recently I had a condom failure with a woman whose sexual history I am unsure of, but recognized the breakage soon after it happened and replaced with a new condom. I get tested for most STDs about once every 6 months, and the most recent test about 4 months ago showed a clean bill of health.

Is this penile discharge something to be concerned about, or is this something that just happens with the prostate as I get older (I am 32 years old)? I forgot to mention that I had an annual checkup with my physician about 3 months ago and a prostate exam was performed and came back normal.

A:Men with this symptoms usually are just internally massaging the prostate gland and/or seminal vesicles with the straining at stool and/or the pressure of feces against the prostate gland as it is expelled. Normal prostate gland secretions can be cloudy/white, or if the material is from the seminal vesicles, it may be semen. This symptom normally normally isn't a sign of any STD, especially in the absence of spontaneous urethral discharge, urinary discomfort, etc.

This is not my area of expertise, and you might want to see a health care provider for confirmation. Or consider posting the same question on the MedHelp urology forum.

Also, Chlamydia may be the cause as well. However, if the only time it occurs is after/during a bowel movement while on opioids, and you haven't been sexually active/always use a condom, I'd bet on above statement. They have swab and urine tests for male chlamydia. Treatment is cheap and easy-a week or two of oral antibiotics (old cheap generics usually).
