opiates - dick tubes messed up? help!

At first i wonder but as with anything else, i re read the clues. I'm almost positive that i know what happen.

I read that you were using opiates for 2 months now, this is just about the time where your bowl movements are going to be affected. It was cause a drying and compacting of fecal matter. You mentioned that you were trying to shit, so i'm guessing that the rock hard shit caused a rectal release of your ejaculate. This would explain all of what went on for you.

Also, Chlamydia may be the cause as well. However, if the only time it occurs is after/during a bowel movement while on opioids, and you haven't been sexually active/always use a condom, I'd bet on above statement. They have swab and urine tests for male chlamydia. Treatment is cheap and easy-a week or two of oral antibiotics (old cheap generics usually).

LMFAO sorry I had to just login and post that "now I'm pretty sure I didn't have an orgasm there on the toilet" was probably one of the funniest things I've read on here in a while. As to your actual question, I agree with what everyone else has already agreed with. If you hadn't recently ejaculated, then I don't see what else it could be. If you pee after you ejaculate then the rest of the semen will come out, but that's first, not after you pee.

in all honesty, this has been happening to me too ever since I developed an opiate habit.

I contributed it to the combination of me not really being able to get off during sex.. and I now gotta struggle to shit.

I asked my mom and girlfriend and all my friends if they'd ever heard of it the first time it happened.

I can't believe no one here has suggested a UTI (urinary tract infection). I'm a male, and had these symptoms two years ago. I visited the doctor, who took a quick swab of my urethra and prescribed a medication. I was better within a week.

It seriously has nothing to do with a wet dream. It's the giant turds that opiates cause all up on your prostate and the increased straining. yes, homo? :(
 
Everyone who is agreeing w the wet dream is very wrong. This happens to me once a week or so and I'm an avid opiate user. This has been going on w me for years. Stimes its uncomfortable like there's just a tiny bit of pee in the tip that won't come out then it will just eventually go away. But every time it happens it is related to a shit that my body wishes it could take. So my turd is just pressing against my prostate and milking it a little. And for those saying its not seminal fluid I disagree bc (and I could be wrong) I was thought that when u have an orgasm it comes from both yer nuts and prostate. How else would men be able to have an orgasm by messaging the prostate? And if you had ever seen what comes out you wouldn't deny it for a se one that its cum. Why its uncomfortable stimes and Def embarrassing its been going on for awhile and I'm fine. My wife doesn't have any weird std or anything like that. I think its just a result of hardend stool and a prostate that's in the way lol. If anyone finds out how to stop it (besides backing down on the ops) plz let everyone know.
