I have crazy dreams sometimes when I'm using and if I have a strong nod I can dream while nodding. One time I had a dream that some girl I knew but wasn't friends which was driving crazy and I told her to slow down and I feel down out of my desk chair. I also feel asleep standing up when I took two old school 80's parachuted and a bunch of benadryl and robitussin and feel straight back onto my hardwood floor (it knocked whatever wind I had left in me out)

But they craziest dreams I have like many of you saw are during withdrawals. Most of the time there are nightmares. *Knocks on wood* they are not really scary with monsters in that sense but are horrifying in the way that they make me feel especially like many of you said when I wake up. For example I had one last week where I was in my kitchen I open the fridge close the door and see an ex girlfriend just standing there (We were very close, lost our virginities to each other, lived together for two years and went out for four, but we had a bad breakup, no infidelity, but I just never saw her again and its been almost two years) I wake up and I literally want to kill myself, plus the fact that I am drenched in sweat and feel like shit. Other times it's just weird shit, they seem to last for hours even though it could have only been five minutes. Occasionally there not bad, and when that happens I just stay in bed. A couple of weeks ago I just stayed and bed and *tripped* for hours.

This is a funny story that I'd think everyone would enjoy. My sex drive is shot from just doing opiates all the time. When I had a girlfriend and just smoked weed all day everyday I would have sex like three times a day. Now, I'm lucky if I masturbate once every two months. So I had two stop because of a drug test and on the 5th day I have a dream this hot black girl is giving me a blow job and I start cumming n her mouth and I wake up while I was cumming in my boxers. I am 21 and never had a wet dream before. I went back to sleep and as luck would have it more sex and another wet dream. It was awesome yet terrible at the same time, lmao.

I often see women in my dreams but they are usually out of reach somehow or I am desperate to be with them but they can't be found or will slip away from me.. Sometimes they will laugh sardonically at me, as if they know how confused and desperate I am,

For some reason I find myself in different worlds that are just about to come to an end and I am with a few people who are clinging on to life.. It was in one of these dreams I saw myself in this place, a kind of pastoral, the waltons-esque, land with really vibrant but washed out colours. I saw myself with a woman who I have never seen before. When I woke up o couldn't stop crying and it deeply effected me. I know that for a really brief moment I saw true happiness in this place where I just wouldn't hurt anymore and it wouldn't be cold, but I know that at the end of time and all my other lives I will have to some how find out how to get there, but the task of navigating through time and space, through infinite realities is just unthinkably impossible, and then I become aware of infinity! This awareness is absolutely crushing.. I've gotta fuckin switch off my brain with a load of gear and benzos..

haha yea I never had a wet dream before until a few months ago I had one in withdrawal. Being on opiates constantly just slows your brain down so much that when you start w/d from them your brain starts going crazy.

Thank god the nightmare didn't return last night. I went back to the normal pattern of not remembering any dreams.

I am still emotionally drained from the night before. Having to see your ex trying to come through your bedroom window with a giant knife and cut your throat over and over every hour is not fun. The bitch was indestuctable too. It seemed a lot my terrifying at the time than it sounds now.

I have been trying to figure out who the girl that was with me is....the rest of it was soooooo vivid but that detail is a blur.....

The strangest part it that it wasn't the ex I would be expecting to see in a dream like that.......it was one from way back and not the more recent and more serious one of 4 years....

Weird all around....

It may be due to the fact that the methadone has worn off by the middle of the night.

I am basically not on opiates when I sleep at night as I always feel worse before my morning dose.

I am only on 70mg at the moment and I was on 100-120 for quite a while until about a month ago. When I went to this program they started me way too low and I am still not at a comfortable level yet.....

I also think the cherry methadose is weaker than the pills were........I will be switching to the diskettes on Wednesday and going up to 80 so I hope that helps.

I hear that the diskettes are better......can anyone confirm or debunk this? why does the cherry crap not seem right? some days it feels like almost nothing and other days I nod hard and have to take a nap......

I've been on both liquid and diskettes. I switched because I hated the awful taste. I was on 130mg so they gave me 3 and 1/4 disks. I thought they were better but in all reality they shouldn't be any different. I may have been experiencing the placebo effect, who knows.

Everyone I have talked to has claimed that the diskettes were better. I have only seen one person on here who has preferred the cherry methadose.

I had thought that it might be placebo but if it were you would think that people would prefer one or the other fairly equally.....

All I know is that some days I feel the done and get a good nod and other days I feel nothing and start getting sick earlier in evening.

With the 10mg pills I never had either happen. I used to take them and be able to stay up a long time feeling good. I don't remember ever getting so damn tired until I started on the clinic done and I certainly never took that high of a dose and been sick less than 24 hours later.....

It is either the clinics do something different with their meds......or my body has changed how it deals with the done....

I hope that the diskettes are different somehow.......I would be thrilled if I could sleep more than an hour at a time without waking up....
