Opiate ratings

1- IV Fentanyl ( usually 200 micrograms in hospital)
2- Duragesic patches ( i got the 50's) with a heating pad really works
3-Oxycodone
4-Im dilaudid
5-Im morphine
6-hydrocodone
7-codeine

Never had Metahdone,oxymorphone,or levorphanol but would like to try them.
 
I don't see how you guys like banging those other opiates, after you've tried some good smack. Fent, methadone, bupe, oxycodone, etc. all seem too synthetic to me. They all seem "fake", like that fucked up white powder high they raved about in the 80's. If you know what I mean.
 
actually fentanyl dilaudid and oxy have a better high in my opinion than heroin but to eatch their own.

Tramadol is NOT an opiate at all.

For me....

  1. Heroin
  2. Oxycodone
  3. Codeine
  4. Hydrocodone
  5. Morphine

I know people always knock codeine as worthless shit, but I really like the buzz. For me, it's a really enjoyable feeling, not quite so much as oxy or especially heroin, but it is a really nice feeling. In fact, heroin rather ruined hydrocodone for me, and I expected that codeine would be similarly worthless to me now, but I tried some of the syrup one day when there was no heroin and I felt like an opiate high and I was shocked how much I enjoyed it. I think people need to give codeine another chance.

i have now smoked the fentanyl duragesics and sucked on the fentanyl mylan patches. great hight. smoking the duragesics was a great rush and i was happier than ive ever been my whole life for about the whole entire day. would love to find a duragesic source. mylans are cool but i think id take liquid dilaudid over mylans anyday
 
Iv oxymorephone is the best high in the world well fentanyl to but oxy is way more euphoric,fentanyl just makes me sleep within 5 minutes. Actullaly one of my favorite combos is iv fentanyl with iv midazola (versed,dormicum) But is very sedating,oxycodone and oxymorphone are way better for euphoria,very similar to heroin,dilaudid,morphone etc.
 
Best to Worst for Euphoria only of all the opiates ive tried insuffulated and oral only...

1. Oxycodone
2. Hydrocodone
^ Very close together euphoria is nearly identitcal

3. Morphine
4. Codeine
^ Very close together euphoria is nearly identitcal

5. Methadone
^ Hard to place on this list on euphoria more like satisfaction type feeling

6. Tramadol
^ Hit or miss but when it is a hit very little euphoria

7. Proproxyphene
^ Only on this list because it is an opiate otherwise never felt anything

Never tried Heroin, but i probably will get some sooner-or-later.
I haven't ever banged anything except once when i cut my knee open once; I was in a hospitol.

imo, fentanyl is not really euphoric just incredibly good for pain and knocks you out.
 
For all of the ones ive done excluding herion, (quality differs)

1. Hydromorphone IV
2. Oxy IV
3. Smoked/Eaten Fentanyl
4. Morphine IV
5. Demoral IV
6. Methadone
7. Hydrocodone
8. Talwin
9. Propoxyphene HCl
10. Codeine
11. Propoxyphene Napsylate

edit-Smoking opium/msir goes inbetween 5 and 6.

I think it depends on your tolerance, MOA, the rush and nod-wise and also for manteinance, taking all those factors into account I'd have to say:

1) It's a tie. Oxycodone (snorted-oral-rectal) and Heroin (IV...yeah I know, but I used to get oxys for way cheaper than H, and me and oxy go way back, also I was much more able to function on a day-to-day basis with OC so that's why)
2) Heroin (snorted)
3) Morphine(IV)
4) Methadone
5) Poppy Pods (tea)
6) Hydrocodone
7) Morphine (oral)
8) Codeine
9) Tramadol

propoxyphene it's not even worth to include on the list, so number 10 goes to loperamide cause along with codeine and tramadol was very useful during withdrawals
 
1. intranasal heroin
2. smoked fentanyl
3. IV oxycodone
4. intranasal morphine
5. oral oxycodone

...everything else is about equal...i've only ever IV'ed oxycontin...so hydromorphone doesn't even rate
