LOL. Sounds like you've got a 'right one' there. Personally i wouldnt necessarily be put off by someone being eccentric/wacky/strange. You could call them interesting characters...... Is she good looking ?
 
Oh, I'm not put off, I think it's good, she gave me an example after I said I was a bit mad, so someone liking madness and being a bit mad themselves is a good thing. She is good looking yeah, well I think so anyway, not posting pics on here. I hope that we do end up meeting, am I the one that's meant to suggest it, or shall I wait for her to suggest it?

I'd keep acting like you're keen and see how she responds. With only that one sentence to go on, she sounds keen and might be the type to hint about meeting to prompt you to ask.

I doubt it would do any harm for you to ask her without it being hinted at by her first though.

I'll exchange a few more emails before I suggest a meetup, she doesn't actually live in my town, but only a short train ride away so a meetup would have to be at the weekend anyway, if the next few emails are positive then I'll try and suggest a meetup for not this weekend but the next.
