I have to ask for HR reasons... Do you have an underlying condition causing you to have such low levels at 17? Maybe XXY syndrome or even just delayed puberty? I had low-levels my whole life until I started cycling, and it wasn't enough to be put on TRT (I think sub-200 but not by much, free test was really low though). If your life was not a disaster before starting on replacement, maybe reconsider and wait a few years. If I had to guess though, you may metabolize testosterone faster than normal (which could result in DHT or E2 build-up) Do you have an age-inappropriate hairline or early signs of gyno?
Be careful with your health and development at that age, man. You may not like having to inject your thigh/ass wherever twice a week for life, especially if it has to be done in a doctor's office...
