I've heard stories that sounded quite alike but in some cases the acid degraded severely while in other cases there was no loss of potency after a year.
It's all about how you store it. You may think you protect it from degrading factors but not everything is as effective at sealing properly for example. Another example may be how well your house is isolated. If there are changes in temperature, that can be bad for the LSD stability.
We can tell how how exactly is the best way to store it next time but there is no way to know for us how effectively you preserved these hits.

IMO, odds are it will still work but not as strongly as when it was fresh. As is said, only one way to find out, start off slowly assuming no potency loss whatsoever.
