Ok so how many of you guys would let your woman....

I agree that this act doesn't follow the current stereotype of manly, and you have a valid point. I think the part that you are and probably will refuse to accept is that sex/gender is a performance. It is a role, an image. Something we act out, not something we are born with. Some people are comfortable with that fact, and have no problem experiencing things on or near the other end of the gender line.


This is why people are homophobic. (I'm not implying that you are) When a manly man sees a flaming, feminine man, It is threatening to his concept of what a man is. If it is possible for men to be women, then we are not born with a gender role/purpose. This scares people who live their lives according to some ascribed role, because it presents the possibility that they are not on the "right" track in life.

This is why men dislike feminine homosexuals more than masculine ones. Also why you will never see butch lesbians in a penthouse. They are always very feminine lesbians (who never seem to bother the homophobes)

so basically its an issue of how open one is ito new experiences....
