I'm in a hypomanic/borderline manic phase in my bi-polar though so empathy to depression is a little hard.

The only thing I experienced from quitting IV meth: hypersomnia.

If I'm more depressed now than I was then, I'm very surprised I made it this far.

However, if IV methamp (lack thereof) was making me depressed, why don't I seek it out?

I frankly lost too much weight AFTER QUITTING! Most people lose the weight on the drug and gain it back... I think it was permanently upregulating NE or something.

I can't say why I lost so much weight after quitting, but wow. I never expected to be near bodyfat-less.

I would go to therapy for free but I have health insurance = no free therapy. The insurance itself will NOT pay for therapy.

What a horrible system the US has, I know.

I already use cannabinoids all the time, and I can't eat without it either.

My last psychiatrist told me I have PTSD and looked at me like "oh, you didn't know? You said you were a psych major!"

So yes I have seen a therapist for free for 2 years of college, then to a psychiatrist.
