This is my last bit of bumpage for the evening... i promise. :)

I have found a website for the lodge, which has all the details including the address and etc. When we have a finalised rolecall i'll send it out to everyone via PM.

I would post it up here, <BEGIN yoda voice> the paranoia is strong in this one <END yoda voice>. I'm just trying to play it safe, and Kitty advised me ealier in the year that it would be wise to keep these detail to ourselves. :)

definitely a good plan :)

Regarding the hire of a van... myself and DJC* were planning on hiring at least a station wagon so that we can get everything up there including decks and power cables (;)) and the like as well as bags and clothes and all the other assorted crap. We were thinking of getting a van if there were going to be numerous people to road trip who needed a lift, so its going to depend on how many people need a lift as to what vehicular transport is going to be arranged :)

I'm still going to hire a car of some sort, be it either a station wagon or van, like has been said it all depends on numbers. I didn't know Kat was driving down again thise year...Kat can you comfirm??

To also keep things on the low key, i know the address for the lodge, as does muzby, so those people comming with us will be right for directions.

I'm gonna pike I think....I think there are people who want to go way more than I do, so I don't want to be unfair by umming and ahhing about it for ages when there are peeps ready, willing and able....

If by bizarre circumstance I end up coming anyway, I'm sure it'll be well wicked, but in the meantime I will gracefully step aside... :)

im gonna get me an inner tube the next week or so, so im all prepared =D

So... by my estimations...

I am driving down. I have one seat spare. I'll take Doofster in my car, as she and the boy already know each other. :)

If Raz is indeed not coming (Which you still are welcome to do is you so wish - just let me know soonish :)), then the three remaining people could fit into the Kat mobile (and if there isn't enough room for everyone + gear then you could talk to biggerbear about it as well).

To me, it seems to make sense just because it makes it cheaper for all parties concerned. :)

As it pertains to the available spaces, i am still awaiting notice from BreakaBeat as to whether or not she wishes to come. If i recieve a negative from her, then there will be two open spaces. :)

i'm offically on the roll call cos i paid my deposit on friday , yay!! i actually didn't think i would have been able to afford to go but yay yay yay i'm coming for sure =D

As i realise it is unfair to keep these spots tentatively booked forever, it seems fair to me to give these people until the end of july to pay. This is just under 6 weeks. if you have not paid by that time, your spot will become null and void, and it will be first paid will come. Sorry to make it this harsh, but i don't think it's fair to keep denying people who want to come, because someone else got in first but has not yet paid. :)
