NSW - Bluelight in the snow Mark 2. *REVIEW*

Unfortunately I'm not going to be down there as the same time as you guys, but if anyone’s in Perisher in the last weekend of July (not august as previously posted) come have a drink or 10 with me, then we can frolic in the snow for a bit.. YaY
 
SO far, i have 9 people paid on the list, and 3 more (musby, nin_fuct, and djc's +1) who have reserved spaces definately.

What i should say is that that is already 12 people, and we only had 12 last year.

I'll think about it, and work out how many people we could comfortably have. Technically we're only allowed 10 ppl, but there were no complaints last year. There are only 10 beds so it could get a little cramped.

This trip is definately only open to bluelighters. We'll only take 15 people anyway and the beds are first in best dressed (with the exception of the two double beds ;))

If there are spaces and your people are blers, then it shouldn't be too much of a problem if the spaces are free. I'll let you know at the end of june.

^^ umm i have resrved a space too but am waiting for a pay next month to pay my deposit. I pm'ed you about it but never got a reply...

We also have Nin_fuct(SYD), Doofqueen(NEW) and DJC's +1 (SYD) booked in. That leaves us with 10 paid places, and 3 reserved places. I think that will do us nicely. If you still want to take part then let me know ASAP and send me your $$$. I'm pretty happy with the list of ppl and am happy to close it at that.

Please start organising your lifts soon people. Know who you are going with, and organise with them about petrol and travel arrangements soon. :)
 
I need a lift in case DJC cant take me...will go to sydney to get one ...anyone? *batts eyelashes and tries to be cute n stuff* =D
 
First of all... BUMP!!

Second of all, because i forgot to say it before (i think) i should probably say it now...

As it pertains to the bond, we must pay $200 in addition to the lodge fees, which will be returned to us in full after the owner has the lodge inspected for damage and cleanliess.

It is a condition of this trip that if you personally cause the bond to be forfeited, then it is expected that you will reimburse the amount lost by your actions.
If you feel this is unfair and no longer wish to come, then contact me and i will arrange to return your cash to you. :)

Thirdly, to all the drivers out there, contact me a little closer to the date and i will tell you the address of the lodge and give rough directions as to how to get there. :)

i vote that, due to their elite social status, that the extra $200 cost should be evenly shared amongst all "senior moderators" going on this trip.

OI!!! I think I'm gonna have to see if we can make some more senior moderators before this trip happens ;) Or we just don't let Muzby vote... I can ALSO live with that ;):)
 
OK i want a rollcall of all those SYD Crew who need a lift.

After discussion the other night, i think its going to be best that we hire a van. I'm more than happy to cover the initial costs upfront to book it etc etc, but i really need numbers asap.

Oh and RAZ has also shown an interest in comming if we have a spot for him in the form of transport we take. So if i can get numbers, then we can finalise his attendance.
