The fact you believe that drink-driving ought to be legal does not necessitate that you believe it to be moral.

It can be legal and still be wrong.

I'm working on it..I was gonna go to a friends and blaze, but now I am 4 heineken's in, railed a 40 oc 1 hr ago and just swallowed a 30 roxi, hopefully I'll be not bothered by anything pretty soon. :\
 
then why don't you tell us about your friend who died in drunk driving accident; the story which you say is politically "right" because of your libertarianism?
 
Some people die from drinking and driving,
other people have their lifes ruined by charges when brought on by a ride program even though they could have been safely driving, and blew a 0.09,

he was hit by a drunk driver while he was walking (although it was partially his fault, dark cloathes, no reflectors, walking, was drunk himself )

the law was there and it didn't protect him
