i prefer people drink and drive than text and drive. people have been drinking and driving since we invented cars. at least we have a little exp as a species with that
 
I prefer people rape than murder. Of course, if they'd refrain from both that'd be just super.
 
Drinking and driving is fucking stupid and irresponsible. I may be driving somewhere with my 2 kids in the car and if some fuck tard driving drunk, hits me and kills one of my kids, I will be in jail for murder. If you wanna risk your own life, so be it, do it in a place where you don't put innocent people in danger.
 
yeah, def. i'm not condoning drunk driving at all, if that's what you thought i meant. i won't drive after a single drink tbh. ofc, one of my drinks has half a bottle of vodka innit

Are you sure about that? I am unaware of a legal system under which you would be held responsible for a drunk colliding with your car.

i guess people have been brainwashed by madd, drinking and driving is fine, as long as your not to drunk, and youve practised drinking and driving, its like anything else the liberal media has exaggerated and demonised,

i don't even see how a life threatening acident could happen unless you were being wreckless while driving aswell,

same with texting and driving, if you can do it, theres nothing wrong with it,
 
Yes, I meant I would kill the selfish bastard that ruined my life by having to bury one of my children. If you think that drinking and driving is something that is "learned" than I seriously think you need your head examined.

ARE YOU KIDDING??? If your drunk and run a redlight or fail to stop at a stop sign that you didn't see, cause your smashed and blaring your favorite tunes and I am driving along pefectly fine and legal..and you slam into my rear passenger door while my kids are back there...how the hell I am doing anything remotely reckless?
 
thats if i miss a red light, thats if im not paying attention, thats if im so drunk i can't walk, or can't drive,

0.08 is the legal limit, aparently 1 or 2 drinks can put you over that, some people would be impaired others would not be, its about knowing your limits and being responsible enough not to drive when your past them,
 
personally, i think dui should be something added onto another ticket, but not punishable on its own. you get failure to maintain lane and dui, or reckless driving and dui, but never just dui.
 
i know quite a few people who are horrid drivers sober, but after a couple beers or whatever they're the best fucking drivers on the road
 
that is more logical,

here in canada they set up Ride program's where they check everyone going down a certain road if theyve been drinking, you get dui if your 0.08, and then they just take your car for th night if your 0.05, they you have to pay 500$ to get it unpounded, without a way to fight it in court,
