Not sure what is going on..

5htp 100mg pills once or twice a day. After about 4 or 5 days you start to notice a difference in your thought process, appetite, sleep, and overall outlook on life but make sure to include some physical activity in there, at least 30 minutes a day. After the first week, start taking the 5htp every other day because thats why i do and its helped me but everybody is different so if you want to keep taking it once a day its really up to. All in all everything just takes time. It took me 3 months to get my mind back and to remember who I was so youre not going to see any major changes until about a month or so.
 
I take about 300mg of 5htp for almost two weeks now. I have been improving but today was kind of a bad day. But like I said it is helping a little bit. I think the best thing to do is go see a therapist. My mom says we are going to get health insurance within the next month or so. That'd be the best thing for me. I hate being so worsesome and week minded but we all have our flaws. I am trying my best to do the whole 'out of site out of mind thing' but I have my bad moments where I reflect on the past month and am overwhelmed with sadness. But now it only effects me less.
 
molly897 is right, i took .5g of straight molly rocks in less than 2 hours, and i was fine.
albeit sweating profusely..
 
Nothing wrong with eating raw fruits and veggies as long as they're washed, but as you alluded to, fats are an important part of diet too. However, I wouldn't suggest to anyone to get most of their calories from bananas, mangos and apples. In fact, mangos are one the fruits that are higher in sugar.

A balanced diet is best to focus on, one which consists of 40% protein/40% carbs/20% fats. This is optimal for the average healthy person, but there are so many different variables like metabolism, allergies, level of physical activity, etc.

I don't think anyone would argue that fruits and veggies are healthy, and I think eating natural organic fresh food is the way to go, but it really is war out there because there's so many companies putting out products that may be low in fat but high in sugar. Or, they may be low in fat and sugar but loaded with sodium.

thank you. the other guy was basically advocating an eating disorder, as he wasn't making it clear how you get your required calories from it. permanent, very embarrasing (so not gonna lift the OPs mood!) health problems can result very easily from that diet. i appreciate raw foods are good but constantly flooding your stomach with acid and not eating enough calories is not.
 
Ok, i havent even done much MD and ive ingested more than you have, and I am FINE.
you are FINE. EVEN IF YOUR MOLLY WAS GOOD YOU HAVENT DONE ENOUGH TO CAUSE ACTUAL PROBLEMS.
and if you took .6 i guarantee it was cut to piss if you didnt get ridiculously intense (uncomfortably so) effects.
although molly897, i have ingested .5g of straight up crystallized chunks of molly and i didnt find it hallucinogenic/psychedelic or whatever.
well the visual distortion effects i am pretty sure were due to ridiculous eye wiggles (when id look at my zune to change songs, i would be able to read for a second, then it would go blurry, then if i blinked i would be able to see for a second, and so on..btu i was also in a dark room most of the time, a room that i was smoking in most of the time so maybe i saw more smoke than there actually was or something..
