I have read a fair amount of literature recently regarding Nootropics or "Smart-Drugs". These really interest me, as I often seem to be lacking in motivation and the ability to retain information (especially short-term).
Basics about myself. I exercise fairly regularly, am studying full-time at university, grades are average but could do much better, have trouble with setting goals and achieving them, I often feel time slipping by as I do regular mundane tasks.
The nootropics which really interest me are the *cetams such as piracetam, oxiracetam, and aniracetam. As well as the effects of substances such as Choline, L-Phenylalanine, Gotu Kola, and L-Tyrosine.
Also, the idea of taking supplements such as a regular multivitamin, or specific supplements to enhance cognitive abilities.
Just hoping that someone could flood this thread with some information regarding these substances, whether it be in terms of legality or personal/anecdotal experiences.
Kind Regards,
Mark.
