Lately I've been far too busy to cook meals with work, my GF and gym time amongst other things, I get 1 cooked meal a day for dinner and that's it, the rest of my food comes from sandwiches, processed meats, cheese, noodles, nuts ect...
Diets pretty shit if I say so these days I havnt had the time or money (due to unforseen circumstances) to keep it going.
Can anyone suggest some good sources of good carbs for me that don't require a lot of effort to make or eat, and not oatmeal because I can't stand the stuff. Weight gain has slowed down and I need to get it going again...
