Here in the U.K a surprising amount of 'coke' I come across isn't even water soluble. It's frightening at just how dumb the dealers are.
Even more scary is the amount of people who are willing to pay silly money for it.

Canada actually, and I've had both but sometimes the blow that left solids in the water was more fire than the completely water soluble blow. Of course if the whole thing barely dissolves then you got a real problem.
