"The actual drugs are Ethylcathinone and 4-Methylmethcathinone, which are drugs obviously that probably don't mean much to people on the street but when you look them up on the internet you can actually see that they are potentially a fatal drug and they cause the vital organs to malfunction," he said.

A Cairns regional councillor says it is a reminder for parents to educate their children about drugs.
Councillor Dinne Forsyth, who has spent several years helping drug addicts rehabilitate, says she is concerned to hear about the pills.
"It is about communication - parents talking to their kids about drugs, about what's out there," she said.
"Not in terms of a lecture to them, but as a conversation - asking them what it is they they think is happening, that's out there, checking out with your kids, have they been offered drugs and how do they know to be able to stay away from them."
