new anti-methadone laws in Pennsylvania

This is a retarded piece of legislation...Neocons and Liberals are dragging this country to shit, authoritarian laws everywhere.

PA has a high rate of prescription opiate abuse, harassing methadone clinics seems sort of counter productive.
