no i hardly shifted from my bed the whole time which is nothing new this batch does not seem so bad for blood pressure problems its a lot smoother than the first few batches a few years ago
 
Blimey that's a lot of MPA foolsgold.

Something I had forgotten is that redosing can make one's stomach quite uncomfortable, not by nausea though. Some people seemed quite susceptible to this.
 
What's happening with etizolam at the moment? Everyone seems to be stopping selling it. It's the only benzo-esque RC I'm interested in really because of the short half-life. I don't want something that's going to be hanging around in my system for days, I just want something to handle comedowns and then disappear.
 
I have no idea on the UK situation but American vendors are getting rid of all their stock asap. I cant rememember where i read it but i think the potential end of etiz stems from the fact that its a prescribed med in some places like Italy/Japan making it slightly more risky to shift around the world without a prescription even though it is uncontrolled in a lot of places.
 
That makes sense. It's a shame because for my purposes it's the best benzo out there, legal, illegal, or uncontrolled. Fairly quick onset, nice action, short half life. It's pretty much exactly what I'm looking for. I emailed the supplier I've used in the past who recently stopped listing it on their website, to ask if they would be getting it back in. They said they would soon be getting a "new style of etizolam" in stock over the next few days. I'm not entirely sure what this means but I have a feeling they just mean deschloroetizolam, which is totally different.
 
Id say just go to another reputable source, still plenty of places stocking it without any signs of stopping but i guess they will be eventually. I just orderd some powder last night, propably a bad idea but il be sad to see this one go!
 
Im noticing this too Rhombus, out of the limited number of RC sites i use, all of the UK ones have either stopped selling etiz, or are having a clearance sale of all their etiz stocks. No one seems to have any idea why, least of all me. Naturally enough this is gonna mean taking advanatge of some of these sales to accumulate some etiz at bargain prices as this cant easily be refused when you have a large habit to maintain, but the problem with the vendor pressed pellets is their damned inconsistencty.

They wont be any use towards the end of my taper, should i ever get there, i'll probably be switching to diclaz powder at the final stage anyway due to the longer half life and the batch will be a consistent strength throughout if i buy just enough to complete a taper on. Was initially planning on switching to flubro to complete the taper, but thats just too recreational for my tastes, and could easily see me headed in th wrong direction again, i love the way a large dose kicks like a mule. Diclaz isnt nearly as satisfying but gets the job done, which should be what i should be focussing on.

From what i gather the "new etizolam" is very much weaker (6-10 times so per dose) but has a much longer half life. I think that just one molecule has been changed, so youd kind of expect the effects to be at least failry similar, but as my knowledge of chemisrty amounts to what ive read on BL that means nothing. Its of no interest or use to me whatsoever atm anyway, considering that etizolam seems to rank as quite a strong benzo, going by the equivalency charts, swicthing to something ten times weaker just doesnt make financial sense, at this stage, for me personally. Maybe when i get my dose substatially lowered it may by then be worth looking into.

Headfuck, that's what I've done. When I was looking around online yesterday I could only find a couple of places still doing it, and I've not done that many RC orders in the last few years so I'm not particularly up on what sites are good. But I did find a Shop that sells Etizolam, which looks a little bit dodgy to be honest but I just put that down to the nature of the market and the fact that these aren't large companies with professional web developers. The one thing that was slightly annoying is that they sell only 1.5mg pellets rather than the 1mg ones I've had before and found adequate. I didn't really want to mess with buying powder because for the small amounts I use I don't mind paying a bit extra to avoid the hassle of weighing stuff out. I have a milligram scale but when you're trying to measure just one single milligram it's not at all reliable. I know I could weigh out a certain amount and dilute it into liquid but I just couldn't be bothered. I like the convenience of pills... Er, I mean "Pellets", of course. "Pills" would imply that they are for human consumption.

MDB, I'll probably end up getting another of the RC benzos just to have around. I've ordered 100 1.5mg pellets, which should last me a pretty long time since I don't use them recreationally - I've just never found benzos "fun" for some reason even though I love most downers.

As for the difference between etizolam and the "new version" deschloroetizolam, it's exactly the same change to the molecule as going from Triazolam (Halcion) to alprazolam (Xanax). One chlorine atom removed leads to about 1/4 or 1/5 the strength, and 3 or 4 times the half-life. As to exactly why this is... Well I guess it's to do with the increased polarity of the chlorinated one giving the compound a higher affinity for the receptor it binds to. But I really don't know much about pharmacology to be honest.

One atom in a molecule can make a hell of a difference. Pseudoephedrine to methamphetamine is an example that comes to mind :)

It really will be a shame if etizolam becomes unavailable because there's really nothing else out there like it. Well, actually Triazolam is fairly close, but fat chance of getting hold of that since it's been banned from sale in the UK. The only other similar thing (probably actually better than etizolam) is Brotizolam, which as the name suggests is quite similar to Etizolam. It just has a bromine atom replacing an ethyl group on the thiophene ring. But that one's been a banned class C drug in the UK since the 90s, I think.
 
theres always pyrazolam which is quite nice but not as sedating. the new clonazolam is great too but more info and experiences are needed to justify this, they both have longer half lives of 18? hours i think.
 
Had a bit of a go on the Modafinil analogue the last couple of days with fairly inconclusive results. Not really a fair situation to be making judgements in due to having been horrendously hungover which is not an ideal baseline to be judging the effects of anything. Given that limitation it did strike me as having some potential but would (for me at least) require a fair amount of fine-tuning before it has much chance of being very effective.

What does seem obvious is that it is not at all stimulating in a stimmy kinda way (a Good Thing) but does seem to provide some element of stimulation that's quite hard to pin down. It really only became apparent when I spoke to somebody in the flesh - I was far chattier than I'd normally be. I also felt more generally alert but that didn't come with any extra energy or motivation which is quite possibly (at least in part) due to my horrendously hungover state.

Seems to have potential but no magic bullet or instant "solution" to anything - perhaps a Good Thing cos if it was it'd likely be too close to the recreational end of the spectrum to really have much hope of not being overly abusable which is not what I'm looking for. I've noticed that it's recently been listed in powder form in certain places which may be more useful than the pills currently available. Partly cos I have a real problem with the utterly moronic name it's had foisted on it, partly cos I greatly dislike branded RCs on general principle, partly cos pills are just a bit of a blunt instrument and I suspect doses will need better fine-tuning to be truly effective in many situations.
 
well the name problem of said analogue is more or less moot now that powder is available... and i stand by my opinion that it has potential, but not for abuse :)
 
i cant really yet make a fair comparison as i took my 'naffly named pill' after a kratom yogurt which may have impeded abrorption of the pellet. Infact i didnt notice any effect at all from the pellet. I need to take one on an empty stomach to make a fair compariosn, but so far it seems to me that cheap generic modafinil is far stronger and more effective than the new RC version. I buy the 200 mg pills and halve them, as the full 200mg all at once really is too strong unless ive missed a nights sleeep alltogther or something, in that case a whole pill may not be too much. The generic modafinil is also loads cheaper than the new RC. A strip of 10 200mg pills costs about £2 IIRC, and as i halve them that works out at very good VFM indeeed, it's probably cheaper than boiling a kettle for a cup of coffee, and certainly far more effective as a long lasting functional stim.

Ive still yet to try the proper real Modafinil, it remains on the 'to do' list but i cannot currenlty justify spending £75 or w/e the current ridiclously expensively extortionate price is, its just a luxury/experiment that i can psotpone for the moment until i next get some form of income whether its from benefits or paid employment. I have bought a strip of real branded Pregabalin, i havent got round to trying it yet though. Tomorrow may well be the day, i may have some minimal ODT w/ds to deal with so it'll be interseting to see if the real Pregabalins actually are any better than the "fake" "generic" versions (call them what you will)
 
There's a world of difference between "fake" pills and "generic" pills. The former have sod all to do with the substance they're "standing in for" and are sold purely to rip people off and sell utter bunk or possibly even totally different substances. Such things should never be bought and any place selling them should be boycotted and flagged up on sites like SoS or any of the forums which allow source discussion. Generic versions of prescription drugs are just that - there should be no discernible difference between them and the branded versions as far as effects go. Personally I'd suggest a kinda inbetweeny stage I'd label "knock-offs" which usually at least try to be legit but quality control can be very variable (many benzos would come into this category).

I found one of the Modafinil analogue pellets to have no noticeable effect whilst two (second taken 2-3h or so after the first) did provide a faintly perceivable effect but really required "encouragement" of some sort to become truly noticeable. I really only noticed an effect when somebody came to visit where I was unusually chatty and when I nipped down to the shops where I generally felt a bit perkier and more alert than I normally would and certainly more than I'd expect to whilst so abominably hungover.

Whilst simply lounging about in recovery mode it almost felt a bit like being on an SSRI. I felt utterly unmotivated to do anything at all but quite content with it. In terms of actual activity levels this is fairly standard but usually it at least bothers me a bit even if I do nowt about it whereas the last couple days I'd happily avoid doing anything and indeed that is exactly what I did do (or not do - if you see what I mean). Today I didn't take the last of the pills I have and - perhaps coincidentally, perhaps not - today is the day where I felt restless enough to want to do some minor BL pottering. Of course that could also be the hangover finally starting to give way which is why I'm saying it's all been rather inconclusive but seems to have some potential if the dosing was more carefully titrated and I wasn't utterly monged with hangover from hell.

yeah, sorry that was lazy wording on my part, i am aware that there's a difference. The reason why i worded it like that was that someone previously tried to tell me that my generic pregabalin wasnt generic pregabalin and that it was fake. I still dont quite understand why he felt he knew that beyond any doubt, or came to that conclusion, but never mind. I like the effects of them, and their effects are consistent with what the effects of pregabalin are meant to be, which is the most important thing as far as im concerned.
 
^ That somebody wasn't Issy by any chance was it? He really wasn't impressed with the ones he acquired. How that means that nobody else could conceibably acquire ones that work just fine is somewhat up in the air. However, he reads the Heil so we need to make allowances for him ;)

Safe or Scam. There always used to be some controversy about whether or not we could link to it - or even mention it - given it is entirely devoted to source discussion but as you can't read any of it unless you already know what you're looking for I really don't see a problem. You can't pick up any sources you aren't already aware of from using it and can't read any of it at all if you don't know what you're looking for. You put in the URL of the source you want information on and - if in luck - there'll be a load of reviews come up. How reliable those reviews are is for the individual to decide on of course.
