Yes, I have heard of Hycodan and although I've never had the pill form, I've gotten plenty of the Hycodan cough syrup - which contains hydrocodone bitartrate 1mg/ml. Unlike in the US, the Canadian version has no homatropine in it. It's great being 20 minutes away from Canada.
Personally, I've always found hydrocodone more euphoric than oxycodone - despite the latter being slightly more potent (means nothing, anyway).
I have had hycodan prescribed to me twice last month and again this month, recurring pleurisy from a bad case of bronchitis I had several years ago. Oddly the doc prescribed tram to go with it. They seem to work really nice in tandem, in more ways than one.
