I have a doctors appointment on the 31'st of June but I leave for Manitoba on the 30th. The doctors had to push me up a day because the doctor won't be available on the 30th anymore.
The thing is, I know I can refill my script in Manitoba, but I absolutely CAN NOT fly on a plane without my Temazepam. When I don't have it and I go on a plane I get crippling anxiety attacks and can't breath. I already went thru that once (Thank god it was only a 1 hour flight), and do not want to go thru it again (This is a 4 hour flight).
I've asked the receptionist at the desk to put me in earlier but there's no spots available. Also, the ticket to Manitoba has already been bought.
What can I do about this? I've heard of people going to the ER when in desperate need of medication but that's usually for people who are in extreme pain (which I'm not), or people who are withdrawing really bad from their scripts and need to get something until their next script (I'm not addicted at all to my script, so I'm not withdrawing). I'm worried if I go to the ER and ask for some Temazepam for my flight that they'll just laugh in my face and tell me to leave.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I can not take this flight without my medication.
