i turned 29 this month and i feel horrible about it. im such an old douchebag makes me sads, like super sads. i havent felt this sads since jake swcheitzman took my sandwhich in 1st grade.

You guys are worried for nothing, try turning 50 then you can cry. I don't feel old but my liver has fucking aged. Enjoy your youth man.

I haven't gotten to where I think about the future.


I wasn't supposed to make it this far, I highly doubt I will make it to 50

I am the exact same way. People close to me hate to be reminded of that fact because I guess at this age I am supposed to have my whole life planned out and be all afraid of death or something, but that is not the case. I still say that it's silly and unrealistic to plan everything in life around a future that we're not even guaranteed to see.

I'm the same way, not quite old enough that my family is pissed I'm having more fun, but I think we're getting to that point. I don't plan on changing though, I kinda like where my life is going. It's certainly improved lately; from June '12-to-'13 was the best on record, but then '13-to-'14 was even better, and the next one is looking even better...

But life's been good lately. Took a vacation and then came back to a long weekend from work, plus my gf is away so I get to actually relax for once.

Find a job you like? I felt the same way but then I found a job I love and I don't even mind getting calls on the weekend, cause at the end someone will tell me how helpful it was, and now they have a ray of hope in their life (someone actually told me that yesterday, and it made me feel good about a half hour call on vacation)
 
this last round was a secretary. it was just to bring in some money. previously more in the IT area but it has been sporadic.
