I wanted to post this for all of you suffering because of your overuse of MDMA or other drugs, or even those who are just in a difficult place in their lives.
I went into a state of depression and stupidity that was based partly around MDMA use, although the primary cause was a couple horrible relationships + doing acid at very unstable points in my life.
I went through a LOT of trial and error getting out of where I was at. Piracetam, aniracetam, oxiracetam all seemed to worsen my problems. Herbs, vitamins, erratic exercise, caffeine.
The only things that ultimately worked for me ultimately were:
1) Intense EXERCISE
2) Great diet (primarily vegetables/fruits/nuts, cut out processed shit and most meat/ carbs)
3) Socializing, building relationships (not romantic relationships)
4) Drinking lots of high quality water
5) Time
6) Stopping drugs/alcohol
Basically, you'll feel better if you do healthy things and have patience. I now feel worlds better than I've ever felt in my life, so in a way my MDMA use led to an improved mental acuity and physical fitness because of how extreme of measures I went to to finally get healthy in every way I could.
Of these, diet and exercise were the most important for me.
As another plus, MDMA is much more fun when you're physically and mentally healthy, which diet and exercise help tremendously with: ).
