Mushie Hunting Season 2003

i should pull my finger out and head down and get some. been meaning to for a while but it never seems ot happen.

i have (i think) these growing in my backyard?? are they any good for consumption? im not going to go eat em just eat but id like to know if ne one had em??
 
Dj ScAtTeRfAcE - I cant find anything yet either, not even strophoria's as you say.

Maybe just wait a few more days, if they dont come out after all this rain and this freezing cold weather, we can confidently say that the season is over. :(

you don't have these. i am fairly positive that they don't grow in australia. don't eat! :)
 
the season isnt over i went out today and got some P. subs and let the other little fuckers grow
 
The seasons not completely over, since the rain started I've found enough subs (In Melbourne) for a few trips so far. But I've only ofund one good patch. Its certainly not like it was a month or 2 ago !!! That said, this is probably your last chance to get any so dont be discouraged to look, they are still there. But as others said, even common mushies are getting hard to find. Still, theres been a lot of rain lately so with a bit of luck...
 
i'd be very surprised if next time you take a peek you dont suffer the same ills as the rest of us. i am used to yields of that size too, but when i checked all four of my UNTOUCHED patches i got thirty in total. bulk gh3yness :(

I never find many at once, ever. I always end up with like 10-30 :(
The season is still on though, I found around 20 or 30 on wednesday, and another 5 on thursday.
The more I use this drug, the more I like it.
I get the strangest body feeling with a high dose (20 or so subs), it's unlike with any other drug I've had, it's almost like I feel like a warm ball of cotton wool
 
Yeah, post up a pic, for verification purposes and for droolage potential (if they're actives)
 
Has anyone tried watering their mushroom site when it's not raining to see if anything grows? I don't know if it would work, but it seems to do wonders for gardens...

Yeah I got p.subs to come up in the middle of summer once, I had them growing in a pot and watered it three or four times a day. it wasn't worth it though I only got one or two little ones to come up, but the main thing is that they DID come up.
 
i have followed instructions on taking and placing spore prints too many times to count and it never seems to work for me:(

It does help, but it also needs to be the right temperature too.

I think we can wave goodbye to Melbourne's season for 2003. :(
 
Anyone had ANY luck in North NSW / SE QLD Areas?
With Cubes, Meanies, Subs or anything?!

It may help but there is a form of nitrogen (I can't remember which one) that is in rain and that what grows good mushies.
This form of Nitrogen is highly concentrated after lightning storms with rain so this will vastly increase the patch numbers.
 
Has anyone out there experimented with Peganum Harmala, or perhaps any synthetic MAOI's with psilocybin? Syrian Rue and San Pedro (not together...yet!) look set to be my next foray into organic psychedelics...
