Voices of a distant star - (hoshii no koe in japanese I think)

this is a damn fine shot film straight but when I was on acid it was so damn intense it had me on the edge of my seat. That and the ending is just really sad. Beautiful stuff.

Obviously the correct answer is Trainspotting, but it would still be cool to hear other opinions.
 
Fear and Loathing nearly outdoes trainspotting for me. Whilst trainspotting is great, Fear and loathing is so much crazier...

Fear and Loathing brings back so many great memories to me every time I see it, and it's one of the greatest overall films I've ever seen, especially the soundtrack.

Second would have to be Blow (I'm not even a Johnny Depp fan heh), or Requium For A Dream.
