Two come to mind, the first time I snorted ice "didn't quite crush it all the way", my entire haw hurt so bad I almost screamed.

The 2nd time was when, for some fuckin stupid reason, I decided to snort zoloft, Ouch!

Not technically a drug but rather an herb called bacopa monnieri for lucid dreaming. It didn't burn my actual nose too much, but it felt like a dagger in the side of my skull and lasted about an hour!

All I could do was cradle my head and rock back & forth in the fetal position. I honestly thought that I had done some kind of serious, possibly permanent damage.

For drugs it would probably be a tie between Avinza (time-released morphine), methadone and diphenhydramine. Wellbutrin left my sinuses completely clogged for a whole day, which caused a massive headache and swollen eyes.

Phenibut felt like snorting crystalized Hydrochloric acid, it made my nose burn like hell for a few minutes.

Sorry for necroing the thread, but I figured I'd share. Amitryptaline is by far the most painful thing I've ever snorted. I don't remember what dose I took as this was probably a decade ago. It fucked me up hardcore and I was high for well over 24 hours. I was still loaded the next day in school. If anyone's interested i can make a shitty trip report thread.

Not painful but extremely uncomfortable: Quetiapine. I shit you not, it has fucking CAYENNE added to it. As a "bittergent".
Basically burns like a MF and then just copious mucous followed by a stuffed up nose.
Nightmare.

It DOES work to make it almost impossible to snort since all the phlegm forces the powder out and then the irritation closes up your sinuses. Wonder why they don't add it to shit like Oxy :/

i was already a bit out of it when i decided to snort a methadone 10.

it felt like shards of glass and gasoline fumes were collecting on my tonsils.

I did the same thing but with a methadone 40 once (I think it was a 40? Does it comes in that dose as a pill?). Can confirm it's fucking horrendous.

Anybody snort tramadol? Shitiest opioid and even then I didn't let it get to my liver so I got no ODSMT just a really shitty headache and snri 'rush' if you will, or vertigo.

Me and my friend snorted her zoloft when we were 12. The next two hours were absolutely dreadful. Our faces were on fire. Tears and snot were just pouring down our faces and it also made us drool uncontrollably. Felt like my ears cried, too. Once the burning stopped, we both had a headache for the rest of the evening and couldn’t lift our heads off the pillow.

Pretty sure I snorted a couple “ice” pills one time and they did something similar.

Bupropion is a notably painful one that I didn't see noticed in this thread, but it isn't quite as bad as 2C-B imo.

Edit: Forgot that ephedrine, harmaline, tetrahydroharmine, and potent kanna extracts are also insanely unpleasant to insufflate in my experience.

I tried some mephedrone for the first time since it was banned and its still pretty rough. Not 2cb bad but worse than ketamine or MDMA.

MDMA is probably the most painful thing I've ever snorted. I have Bluelight to thank for avoiding intranasal 2C-B and mephedrone. I've always been glad I saw and heeded the warnings especially about 2C-B. Excruciating pain is not the way to start a trip.
