Most Painful Drug You've Sn000ted, Railed, Racked or Vacumed Up with your Nose

It's a toss-up between Demerol and something called "tic" that a friend copped. It was ostensibly a mixture of coke and heroin, but ye-gods only know what else it had been mixed/cut with as it burned like snorting drano. High wasn't great, either. Not much coke. Not much H. More speedy than anything else, and the drip was vile and burned there as well.
 
Thread is TL;DR

It's a tie between Flexeril and Adderall as far as drugs go.

In middle school I snorted pixy stix on a dare, hurt like hell and my snot was blue for 2 days lol

^Yea Adderall burns a bit. But Suboxone was the worst stuff to sniff. I can't remember if it really burned, but it tasted terrible, especially the orange ones. The white half moons weren't so bad..

2c-e is worse. The only thing i can think of that could possibly be sorer was after reading something on here about a guy snorting seroquel! I bet just by the smell of mine that burns so bad. 2c-e is enough to make you puke.
 
Phenibut HCl is the worst I've snorted. Apart from being almost completely not worth it, it burns like hell because of the acidity of said compound. Also, I ALMOST tried snorting Yopo snuff, which, as much as I gathered from anecdotal reports, is one of the most painful sinus-exercises.
 
I've snorted lots of pills over the years, but the worst was green clover MDMA! IDK what they had in them, b/c I've snorted lots of other rolls without the burn, but this was intense and long lasting.
 
Talwin, a painkiller/muscle/relaxant/euphoric on the market in the 70s and 80s. It gets you high if you snort it, but OMG! what it does to your poor nose!

Even worse, though I didn't intentionally snort it, and it doesn't have any recreational value is propranalol.

Took my nightly dose last night, somehow choked on it, managed to cough it up, and wound up with it sitting in my sinuses. I managed to snort it back into my throat and frantically wash it down.

My throat and sinuses still feel like they've been flooded with acid. From what i understand, beta blockers like propranalol do influence the effects of some recreational drugs. DON'T snort it. Swallow it. It ain't worth the suffering.
 
for me its gotta be 2c-e shit is very intense feeling like snorting flaming glass shards! Mephedrone is pretty rough too.
 
Ethylphenidate, Methamphetamine, Zolpidem, Suboxone (Buprenorphine + Naloxone), Adderall, Oxycodone HCL + APAP (stick to oral ROA), MDMA, bk-MDMA, Quetiapine, Fioricet w/ codeine powder out of the capsules (+ Bultalbital, APAP, Caffiene, Codeine).... Don't snort Barbiturates or Codeine, just eat dem good ole' Fioricet with Codeine capsules.

Metholphenidate burned so bad for almost 25..30 min. Other than that there was crystally/flake like molly that burned like a cigarette beening snuffed out in my nostril.
