I need some tips for moderating stim use when there is a steady supply.
RCs can be decent for studying, and I'd like to keep it strictly for school use.
I had the same idea with PV about two years ago, but I ended up binging 3 days at home, doing no schoolwork, and coming in to class completely wiped out. I had no balance and kept falling over at work and class. I flushed everything after that weekend.
Adderall is nice for school work but it's not an option.
How do you convince yourself at the end of the night it's time to get to bed instead of burning through the night? The comedown from hell , the stomach churning, the depression, emptyness, etc... all make it hard
A prescription for Seroquel also helps tremendously. Just really effective for wrapping things up. It wont always knock you out and definitely wont make you feel better mentally, but it does kill stomach pains and churning. It'll get you well on the way to closing the night. Cant always bring yourself to take it though...
Letting a friend hold on to it is not an option right now.
Here's what I do
Anyone have tips to stay on track?

Here's what I do
- eating before and during a "study-session" keeps you grounded, not as speedy, more in touch with your physical state. I think it definitely brings down the intensity of the entire session, but it makes you much more susceptible to nausea... which helps not redose as much. Ensure supplement drinks are really nice since you can easily sip them during your concentration session without having to chew bulky food and upset your stomach.
- Eating a nice meal at the end of the session brings you closer to baseline (assuming you can eat) too. It kills off a big chunk of leftover energy, can make you a bit nauseous though.
- I think most people know alcohol (low proof, slowly, to keep the stomach from upsetting), and benzos too, are great for comedowns, if you can bring yourself to wrap up the night ofc.
