MISSED METH SHOT EVEN THOUGH IT REGISTERED?? (PICS)

Just shot 20units of a .4 in 40units water and had few drops under skin at first (reusing needle so not very sharp).
Anyways actually hit intended left-arm vein, re-registered, then injected.. felt a rush but now arm crook has a BIG swollen area. How could this happen? Did I push through the vein?



Shot about 10-15mIn ago. Minimum pain unlike smaller missed shots I've had.
It also has stayed the same in terms of swelling. What should I do??

You should see a medical professional when I doubt when it comes to IV drug use.

Apply warm compress then cold compress and massage it, should go down
