well chinky funny you should mention that lol but illionois is a lil outta the way but nah it aint no transportation business just a regular old dispensary staying in cali.
 
Yeah plus unless the laws in Illionois have changed , more than an 1/8th oz. or maybe more than 3 grams is a felony, compared to an ounce or less being a misdemenor some places and a fucking 10 plants and shit being a trafiic ticket type fine in other places , like in some west coast states..
 
less than an oz is a ticket in my town but usually the cops disregard that and take ya to jail anyways. Its still only a misdemeanor but id still rather not sit in jail for a night. But fuck all that noise ill be able to grow 500x that much here in a few short weeks/month.

im opening two actually chinky haha ill be down there setting shit up at the end of next week and be so glad to be outta fucking arkansas. I get to be part business owner with my mom since she isnt gonna move out there so all the funds will go through me so she can get her investment back. And yes you and Davis need to plan a trip to cali i got a place for you to stay for reals. My other business partner that is allready in Cali has got over 23+ strains in his current garden i cant fucking wait to try. Plus 80%+ THC has oil no more need to be on painkillers the rest of my life. Thats part of me going out there is to get off this shit.

Well I was there in 1998, so at that time,at least in the areas outside Chicago, then over 3 or so grams was a felony, but I said if the laws had not changed it was 3 or so grams or more was felony, so obviuosly since 1998 the laws have changed in Illionois, I always thought that only being able to have 3 grams or under was harsh as hell, who they fuck only gets a 3 gram or less bag?? Thats what I was thinking, but I think that was the law in 1998, which is a long time ago now..lol..I think you can have about 28 grams or less here and it's a misdemenor, but each county has a different fine for misd. poss. , in the one I was busted with , with a nug of some killer Cali. bud my cousin had brought me and I had a wreck and the cops found it in the wrecked auto, it was about a 4 or 5 gram bud, and I payed $500-600 fine for that, other places here it would have been a few 100, so anyway it sure sucks compared to Oregon or somewhere you can have x number of plants and it's a misd. fine!!
 
Eh maybe but, by definition a felony is a crime punishable by death or more than a year in prison. I seriously doubt any state was locking people up for 3 grams for more than a year even in 98 when the laws weren't as relaxed. Sounds like urban legend to me.

No, they will lock you up here for more than an ounce, a felony is by whatever defintion a more seriuos crime than a misd. which can get you up to a year in county jail, depending on the crime, but a lot of felonys are for 1+ years in prison, but most people that are nonviolent offenders get probation, and you normally have to fuck up a few time in a short period of time. But their are people doing 2 years for possesion of a 1/4 pound of weed, although they had been busted several time and were considered habitual offenders. I agree that they were not locking up people for a more than 3 gram bag of weed, but they were most likely giving out fines,and probation, etc.. If you have an ounce here , it's up to a year in jail and a $few thousands in fines, but they rarely give anyone more than probation and a fine,but if you have a misd. amount of weed, like a 1/2 ounce and it's bagged up in 1 or 2 gram bags, they will charge you , or can charge you with poss. with intent to distribute/sale, but those are normally pleaded down to misd. with fines and maybe a few days in jail..
 
^As far as people gettin probo after gettin busted that's truth, my mans got his spot raided and got caught with a brick of d and got a couple years of probo out of it cuz he was 19 and hadn't been knocked since he was a juvy. The funny thing was the CI told the cops they was goin to find like 50 bricks and a couple pistols so they was more pissed at the CI then my man.



As far as weed what state is under 8 oz a misdemeanor? Here I know it's 1 oz and I know in WV it's 1/2 oz, I'm not sure about Ohio but I know they give some leniant ass sentences over there like 2 years for second time offenders for trafficking crack, in PA they would give you at least 5+.
 
Damn Illinois has some hoe ass laws. I went and paid a doc $100 then paid the state another couple hundo and got my medi card. I Can possess up to two and a half oz of finished product and have up to 12 plant growing at a time legaly. I just got flicked the other day with some dank on me and the cop didnt even bat an eye once he saw my card.
 
i think purdue reformulating the oc's was a genius move cause the amount of good quality SA tan dope has flooded the coast od mississippi. thats the state of dope i9n the deep south where i live. enjoy i know i have been
 
That's what I keep waiting on for that to happen here. Right now though, we're flooded with roxis. With all the recent busts in Florida and all the Dr's and pharmacies getting shut down, its only a matter of time. The only real question is who's gonna step up and fill the void? Meaning are we gonna get tar or powder? Louisville and Cincinnati are the closest cities with h and both have powder. I guess I'll just have to wait and see how it all plays out.
 
Ohio has powder and tar, tar in columbus,ohio and powder in cincy, but I guess whatever type you get depends on who controls the nearby heroin trade, or whoever comes in to your town to set up business, you may get tar from some and powder from another,depending on where you live, and the size of your town and so on..

Yeah same in Memhpis, although they have had heroin in memphis for a long time, it's bigger now than in the past IMO..we get anything from good to fire SA off-white powder to good to fire SA tan dope like there in Miss. and their is also tar here in Memphis nowdays, it is cheaper than powder ,but I dunno about the quality here, I do not know any tar dealers, only powder dealers and I have known them long enough and am a good enough customer I get grams of dope delivered normally, at a slight discount, and the purity of the grams is better normally than the street corner dope, but sometimes it's all about the same, only prices are different buying a gram in street bags, versus buying a gram or more delivered. cheaer to by a little quantity when possible.

Yeah their is felony probation which is kinda weird to think about, but it;s a good thing becasue I know too many people that would be in the pen , if they were not on felony probation!!

^ oh yeah you can do less than a yera for felonies for sure. Especially if you dont have much of a criminal record. Depending on the crime alot of people dont get any jail time at all. Its very common to get a "suspended" sentenance and if you complete your felony probation successfully them you dont have to do time. But if you violate they'll recharge you with the original charge and make you serve the whole sentenance. (often times without parole or getting any "good time".

There is dope alot closer to FL than louisvill and cinci my friend. Theres alot of dope in ATL and New Orleans. And theres already a dope scene in miami and other large cities in Fl im sure.
 
^ ohhh my bad man your post made it sound like you were in FL. I am assuming you meant that the supply of pharms comes up from FL then?

Bur yeah your in one of those unigue places thats far enough east ot get powder, yest far enough south to get tar. My guess would be that both would be floating around, Hopfully for you though there will be more powder.
