Hello fellow opi heads, with the new banning wave of Kratom and 7OH, MGM-15 has been gaining some attention, especially in the already banned states. From my own experience and the little information available about MGM-15, I call it the methadone of Kratom. It lasts around 10-12 hours instead of 4 hours like 7oh, and is also twice the potency of 7oh. It is also unique in the sense that it is a partial DUAL ACTION agonist. It activates both Mu and Delta opiate receptors. I have been very strict with my use of MGM-15 however, since it also raises tolerance faster than 7oh and has reportedly worse withdrawals than 7oh. People who started using MGM 15 consecutively to replace 7oh had major withdrawal symptoms trying to switch back to 7oh, because 7oh doesn't touch the Delta receptor. I use MGM 15 once or twice a week at most, and continue using 7oh. However, ever since I've tried MGM 15 my 7oh doses became feeling weaker and I'm debating if I should switch to MGM completely. It is sure nice not having to dose three or four times a day or waste as much money, but it is a bit more expensive both financially and has worse withdrawals physically. I also want to sort of gatekeep this analog because I fear it will explode in popularity just like 7oh, and it is ALREADY being sold in some smoke shops under a different sort of branding.
