Got ppl in severe need of pain treatment livin on aspirin and tylenol. Not big fan of 7 oh -- didnt last long enough for said 'patients' im just gunna say.

im a casual opioid user mostly for pain, switched to kratom after struggling to access pills and recently tried mgm15, in my opinion its been the best of any opioid, even oxy, for pain. oxy and hydro have always helped, but never eliminated my pain. last night was the first time in my life ive been completely pain free, however i find it more nauseating than other opioids.
