Mexican Cartel and Shwag.

I agree that the highs are different, but not that all schwag high is shitty.

Not arguing that schwag is better, or the high is better; but it was the economical choice for me for a long period of my life. It did cross my mind time to time though that the herb I was buying could possibly be supporting the cartels...

was a broke college kid, didn't have a lot of other options..
 
Why don't the carlets grow and sell primo hydro?

A portion of the market likes cheap weed, and wont/cant pay for more.
Growing indoors increases the risk of loss.
The logistics of getting growing equipment is a hassle.
The climate is not indoor friendly (AC costs would suck).

Mexican cartles trade coke for BC Bud, so they don't need to grow it themselves.

It's got a very distinctive taste and feel to the high. I personally prefer that uk thai stick with the red strings over anything even what I've bought in a'dam.

I pretty much only smoke pure king size blues in a cone and thats the perfect amount of thai to smoke imo. I think part of the apeal to people is it's something a bit different to what you can normally bye.

yea noobies, i smoked mexican shit for 4 years then i discovered kb , nowadays i dont even know where to get shwag, cuz i dont want it, my tolerance is to high for that shit

down here in da south texas it was flooded wen i first started smoking , so cheap but always kinda shitty, just weight, u go north it gets more and more pricey for the same shitty shwag, like ppl that moved here from up north were tripping cuz the street prices were so much cheaper, but it always depends on who u know , i dont even bother smoking anything less than good cron now even tho its expencive
 
simple cause its way cheaper and theres a lot more product and its a lot more anonimous and theyve been doing it the same way for awhile
 
I smoked shwag before and it was cheap, like $40-50 an OZ. at the time and it sucked ,although I sampled some shwag that was even worse before..lol..I prefer to smoke good mid grade or high grade buds, and having relatives and friends who grow make it cheap for me to smoke the good buds. I have been in Mexico in the past and some places they grow indoor, and some have higher quality sinsemilla that is for local smoking and is not imported into the US!!! lol,crazy to think that some mexcians (independants, college age kids,etc. non cartels) do grow some mid grade to high grade in small amounts for personal use, but they do and they are not gonna risk smuggling their good weed across the border with all the shawag.
 
there are some Mexican cartels that have paid Mexican illegals to grow weed in a number of US parks, and they tend to grow a better quality of weed,although still not as good as americans or canada outdoor stuff, but with the cartels having outdoor grows in US public parks, they may be able to grow slightly better weed,if they will take the time and obtain seeds for better strains and not just toss out bag seeds and grow them like they do in Mexico,at least some Mexican controlled US grows are harvesting some mid grade quality sinsemilla buds, although most still turn out lower quality weed, it seems the Mexican US public land grows are her eto stay for now anyway..
 
Fuck this is ironic, i've never smoked mexican in my life, until tonight. Usually i'm smoking kush strains. this stuff does more harm then good, I dont like getting half high and pissed off. Throwing it out.

Now I understand the argument that people like smoking blunts and joints. However you can just get a shit load of normal weed and do that. Kush>good>normal>shwag>mexican LOL

Mexican weed=shwag, doesn't get worse than that.
 
Mexican weed works well for food, I've never made it into brownies but I've made it into other foods. If you don't like how it makes you feel you might not like it in food either, but it might be better. I personally like mexican weed. As I've said before, a lot of schwag is pretty decent.
 
Never used a lesser grade, and in my opinion mexican weed is complete crap, compressed like a mother fucekr nugs.

I mean it gets you high, but not the type of high I like. How you can like this is beyond me, I understand if your trying to say that shwag can get you high, i'm sure it can. I just dont get how you can stand up for it. Then again, I guess some people dont mind and that's there taste. I'm just not used to it, so it's a no go for me.

Thanks for the advice though, this weed is pointless to even cook up in brownies. I'll just wait until I have somthing more suitable :)
 
It has a different high then chronic, I just happen to like it. I've come to enjoy it I guess, and I like that it's cheap and I can roll lots of joints and blunts with it. I think the schwag we get near the border is better then the schwag further from the border. Schwag in Mexico is definitely better then schwag in the US, because it's been transported and treated like shit less. Those dudes have no idea how you should handle weed.

To be clear, I like to have both chronic and schwag around. I smoke them at different times of day out of different devices for somewhat different reasons. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

A way you could make the weed you have more suitable to your liking is you could turn it into hash. Depends on how much you have I guess.

Something else that's interesting is this- the seeds that come from the bags can grow good plants. They can produce quite high quality bud and tend to produce a lot (first one my friend tried produced 8 oz of very good mids from one outdoor plant that wasn't treated great). Schwag is worse because it's treated very badly post-harvest and while growing. But the weed started out pretty good in all likelyness.

thai sticks!!!! Havent heard of them seince the 90's is it 1 long bud wraped around a stick then string wraped around the buds?

The "mexican" weed we get here isn't brown either, it ranges from being dark green to light green, varying in pontecy. Usually the lighter the better.
