No putting it in a gel cap and plugging that works fine, that's how I do it.

I second plugging for MXE. And second that MXE is a super intense, deep chemical. I was shocked by how extreme of a state I went to, possibly the most extreme state I've ever been to and had I not already been to similar extreme states of oneness before it probably would have changed my life. But that already happened years ago. :)
