Methoxetamine Movies?

When we watch movies on MXE, the dialogue and music is often hostile and unpleasant. We replace the music with either Boards of Canada, Casino Vs Japan or a streaming ambient site such as youarelistening.to or somafm.com.

Favorites so far have been:
THX 1138
The White Diamond
Wheel Of Time
Qatsi film's

I watched Las Vegas Parano once on 50mg of MXE insufflated. Was scared to try MXE for few more days, was constantly blacking out and stuff.

I caught Honey I Shrunk the Kids on demand, which I haven't seen since I was little. Evoked a nostalgic night.

I watched koyanisqatsi last night on a high dose of MXE and OMG. It was an amazing experience. This was epic.

Not sure if there is already a thread on this but cant find one.

Just wondered what everyones favourate film is to watch on medium doses of MXE, plus any reccomendations?

I personally enjoy most comedy's

I find films to be the most immersive thing to do on MXE, i literally become part of them=D
Scotty5591 - I see from your avatar that like Autechre. One of the first experiences I had with MXE was listening to Incunabula, lying on my bed with headphones. Watching the clouds moving across the sky from out of the window combined with the soundtrack was amazing. No hollywood required ;)

loved tv and movies on ketamine back in the day. fav's:

pi
last temptation of christ (although i'm not sure if i've seen the ending. something about the movie screwing up?

and now, having the opportunity to dissociate w/ mxe, i've managed a few flix:

die hard 1 and 2 (watched back to back, would have prolly changed it if sober, but nice plot twists in 2nd)
minority report (a great one, especially after watching die hard)
matrix trilogy (1st was def an EXPERIENCE)

2001: a space odyssey (prolly my fav anyway)
the box
the haunting (actually funny, but good psychological parts)
limitless (yeah)

sometimes when very dissociated it's hard to know exactly what to do, find oneself just staring, thinking, or stuck on some small task. movies give a sense of continuity and flow to what can be a very disjointed experience. be safe, enjoy, and remember "it's just a movie". . . hehe

Fuck me, I remember watching Zombieland or something when on MXE. I'm pretty sure it was like dreaming/being in the movie. Very strange. I found I was very sensitive to the stuff and it just completely put me in lala land to be honest. Great stuff, but I found the next day I was still feeling the affects and had horrible horrible breath in the morning... anyone else find this?
