Methoxetamine Discussion Thread

It scares a bit me how hard people are hitting this stuff and how much they are raving about it. Yes, it is versatile and useful and damn enjoyable. I've been having difficulty keeping from using it daily myself. However I think it might be worth a reminder here that not only is this a very new research chemical, but messing with dissociatives is more likely to send you batshit insane than pretty much any other class of drug, serotonergic psychedelics included. Everyone keeps saying they've been caning it but they feel fiiiine!!1! Of course you do. Mania feels good. That's why it's so hard to get bi-polar people to take their meds.

Thanks spikefairy I agree 100% about the dangers of dissociatives. Any drug needs to be taken with a great deal of respect especially dissociatives and yes they do tend to cause insanity in one way or another with excessive use. They do damage to your brain in a permanent way. Experienced some severe leg and arm twiching for years after hitting the K hard back in the day so I'll tread with caution.

I think you should consider taking a break from the mxe. Maybe get someone to hold your stuff for you for a week? We don't need another bluelighter ending up in hospital (or worse).

Also you may build a tolerance to mxe that never really goes away if you are hitting it too hard. If you love the substance so much just think whether it's worth losing it just because you couldn't control your use.

I'm going to try and take a good long break now, a couple of weeks at least. I suspect this will be challenging but I don't want to lose the magic with this one!
Respect yourself, respect your substances, and FFS don't draw negative attention to this lovely chemical by landing yourself in hospital or a psych ward..
 
The attention has been drawn. Some one in Aus is producing and selling it, how long do you think the Gov will let that go on once it catches on?

I think it's more about how popular it becomes and if there are media reported hospitalisations. This is why we should be pushing responsible use and harm reduction on this product. We can only hope people don't go too overboard
 
ahaha hate to be the guy that says "I told you so" but here I am ;)

Yes MXE has a VERY noticable manic side effects after continued dosing. I went through a gram in about 1.5 weeks and after it I was a complete mental wreck. Questioning reality, frightening out of body experiences, massive anxiety plus a few other undesirable side effects.

To all those that think they continue unchecked of this drug, please think again. I have a very strong head for psychaedelics normally but this one just completely and utterly destroyed my psyche.

BE CAREFUL EVERYONE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Use it in small doses and it's quite a nice drug to add to the collection. Just let yourself get into an every day habit, I can assure you it won't be long until you finish what you have on you and order some more.
 
very nice thread, I was going to purchase some MXE, but my previous incense order never arrived and my messages were all being ignored... so what do you guys think I should do ? Do I give them a crack again or what... All in all, I'm pretty mad that they did this to me.

DO NOT DO WHAT I HAVE DONE - 1 week of CONSTANT USE! Fuck me, I was getting worried. I gave my bag to my Mrs to hide for 2 weeks. It's way to enjoyable. Sorry about my ramblings on here last night to!

It's is an AWESOME drug, AWESOME... Do it once a week, or two, small dose (30mg if you are used to psychs, 15mg if you never done anything). That's it.

JUST BE CAREFUL. It is FAR to enjoyable, the best of any RC released to date IMO...

Another one Mr. Blonde. I have a feeling there may be some "vendor wars" going on in Australia. One company is sending their "soldiers" into forums to try and egg on negative discussion about the other company. Underbelly - LEGAL HIGHS, Soon to Channel 9 LOL...

Hey guys, I recently saw someone say that people mix MXE with water and dip cigarettes in it, like PCP. [they said 1/2 a gram per pack] I know PCP is usually suspended in an ether solvent, and I know MXE is water soluble, but can you smoke it? Has anyone heard anything of this? Can anyone shed some light?
