Reading this report over again after discovering I can't get it in the US now that it's available (because I like to torture myself like that), it actually sounds a lot like my ondansetron/DXM experiences. I'm the only one of 3 others I've provided it to who reacts the way I do to the combo (though there was definitely a very substantial interaction with one friend in that 350 mg of DXM did almost nothing but create a state of lucidity and well being).
For me it's highly euphoric, lucid, moderately psychedelic, only mildly dissociative, extraordinarily manic, and deeply satisfying (as in the best experience of my life satisfying) -- i.e. very much like your experience of this compound. Also like your description, it lacks any confusion or amnestic effects like other dissociatives have. It's strange how similar in fact, because I have to doubt that pharmacologically anything similar beyond NMDA antagonism is going on. My best guess is that the DXM/ondansetron combo's effects are mediated through DXM's serotonin reuptake inhibition and subsequent blocking of 5HT-3 activation by excess serotonin, but that something specific about the brain's of different people makes the effects highly unpredictable (likewise, DXM's effects alone are highly varied in different people).
Of note, the interaction only occurs at doses of Ondansetron around 12 mg and the euphoria builds slowly. I typically dose a 150 mg booster with an additional 4 mg of ondansetron about 3 hours after the first dose, and it's not until about 1.5 hours later that the peak mania and euphoria is reached. It's very curious.

I just missed out on the free smples of this by a couple of hours, however I was so impressed by this trip report I have turned from lurker to poster, also I have ordered a small amount of this compound.
I wont be IMing it like fastandbulbous, but taking it nice and slow up the old hooter, I hope to see some other reports before I jump in.

Everytime I see it I instantly think that it's a guy wearing a turban, wrapped up in giant ball of cellotape, k-holing in a restaurant somewhere.

It's the tinfoil helmet taken to it's logical extreme - completely wrapped in aluminium foil so none of the powers of darkness can probe my mind via any orifice. Confession time - it was actually my ex's idea as we had some crap foil that was useless for the oven, so we decided to have a laugh
My sample did arrive today, it is very tempting to give it a go. Ironically I have never been a huge fan of Ket, but fastandbulbous's description has me quite keen to find out the score on this very new substance.
It is a fine white powder with no discernible smell and on a allergy test of 1 -2mg has a very slight chemical bitter taste, as these things always seem to.
In an hour I may bump about 10mg and see where, if anyway that takes me.

Well I did give this a go on Friday night here are my results:
25mg insufflated in total:
00.00: 05mg
Not sure if I noticed anything here very borderline, maybe a little something was going on.
00.20 10mg
Right it is definitely working for me now, very similar to ket as you would expect, a little cotton wool head feel, nice and pleasant but nothing more.
00.40: 10mg
Just feels like a bigger bump of ket, still able to walk round up and down stairs with no trouble, watching Dexter a little disappointed not to get results a little more dissimilar and extra from ket.

I decide this was a good test, the compound was active and performed sort of as expected, this gives me confidence to attempt it at an higher amount straight way next time maybe I just need a bit more.

Does anyone have any idea if this will work on a person with truly colossus ket tolerance ?
Even with Ketamine from lovely sealed vials, when i inject 100-200mg (im) all that happens is i pass out or become immobile in a Parkinson's type way, then after 10 minutes come round feeling very messed up like a wooden horse saluting at a Noel Edmonds, shouting ""who crossed the drawbridge?"" who goes there!

Jesus !!! I drank 50mg of this the other night 4 hours after having 75mg aMT. 30 minutes after drinking, this stuff blew my head off !! The amount you have snorted will probably get you somewhere - somewhere probaby near Saturns Rings !!! Please report back with what happened !! Am intrigued as to where higher dose will take you....
It wasn't amazing very ketamine like but with an opioid edge. I'd like to try it again and I'm sure it's an amazing drug for people without a massive tolerance to ketamine. I feel like a I'm majorly missing out due to my ketamine abuse. I can touch the magic, it just won't embrace me.
Cheers, I think i will just have to accept that Dissociative's are finished for me and will never work again.
