Staying on the programme means either giving up benzos or accepting that your doctor is going to find out about your opiate use. You don't have to be the one to tell him and it may even be better if you let the clinic be the ones to reveal that.
Your dilemma at the moment is that the clinic doesn't know about the benzos and your doctor doesn't know about the opiates. Neither knows the full picture so neither can take it into account.
The clinic may or may not be willing to allow you to continue the benzos in which case you'll have to make a choice about staying on the programme. Your doctor may or may not be willing to manage your opiate problem in which case you may also need to make a choice about whether to seek another physician. But you're not going to find someone who can help you manage both problems unless you inform them about both problems.
